Our stay at the Jubilee Prestige Hotel was truly wonderful. As we were on a workation, we stayed for eight nights, which gave us plenty of time to experience the hotel’s hospitality. As an elite member, I thoroughly enjoyed the Executive Lounge, and the breakfast was also delicious, with an impressive variety of options. Above all, however, what stayed with me most was the exceptional hospitality. A member of the housekeeping team brought us an adorable towel creation, and the breakfast staff even remembered the drinks we usually ordered. In addition, everyone we encountered throughout the hotel, including the doormen, always greeted us warmly and sincerely. This level of genuine hospitality is not something that can easily be replicated. Although some of the facilities show their age, the warmth and kindness of the staff more than made up for it. This is a hotel I would gladly return to, and I hope to stay here again.

This hotel has recently joined the Marriott portfolio, so as a Marriott member, I decided to stay here for the first time. The bell staff were polite, efficient, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Wan, the Front Office Manager, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also located on the same floor as the Executive Lounge, which made it very convenient to access. The Executive Lounge, however, could use some improvement. The operating hours were rather limited, and one of the female staff members appeared unmotivated. She was sitting in the guest seating area while using her phone. Since the reception desk is directly opposite the elevators, this was one of the first things guests saw when they stepped out, which unfortunately left a poor impression. Some areas of the carpet near the bed seemed to collect dust, so I would not recommend this hotel for guests with severe dust allergies. However, I understand that the renovated rooms are located on the lower floors, and requesting one of those may be a better option. Another special mention goes to Noey, the Restaurant Manager. She was by far the hardest-working member of the team, constantly moving around to make sure everything ran smoothly. The restaurant was beautifully presented, well organized, and the tables were cleared very quickly. Every member of the restaurant staff was friendly and professional, even though I can’t mention everyone by name. The swimming pool was clean and peaceful, but the surrounding area felt rather dated. Most of the deck was concrete with patches of artificial grass, there were very few sun loungers, and the overall layout didn’t make the best use of the available space. There was no pool bar or background music, and the landscaping felt sparse. I hope this area will also be renovated in the future. Although the hotel itself is showing its age, what truly sets it apart is its people. The long-serving staff, in particular, demonstrate the genuine professionalism, warmth, and hospitality that define a great hotel experience. Their dedication made our stay memorable, and I look forward to seeing the hotel after its renovations are complete.

Splendid spread of breakfast, though it can get crowded 6.30am onwards. Location is good albeit not at the “heart” of Bangkok city centre where the popular shopping areas are. It is nearby to Jodd Fair. The gym is the highlight here, it is a fully decked out gym that is on par with commercial gyms and even larger on size than some. There are free classes for hotel guests you can join based on the schedule.

I had to attend the conference at the hotel for 2 days in January 2026, and I decided to stay at this property. The property is in the process of being fully rebranded to JW Ratchadapisek. However, the service and standard of Marriott never fade away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The corner room was spacious with functional facilities. The food at the Japanese restaurant was great, so I could eat from the menu by paying only one price. I loved the pastries and coffee at the lobby coffee shop. The location was good and a 5-minute walk to the subway MRT. Highly appreciate Khun Sasidhorn (Wahn), who welcomed and bid farewell upon departure. Will definitely go back for sure. See you at JW Ratchadapisek.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Jubilee Prestige Hotel. The staff, particularly Sommon and Dat, were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. We truly felt like royalty! When we arrived, Sommon walked us to our room and to our surprise...it was beautifully adorned with flowers and treats to celebrate our 10th anniversary! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an outstanding selection of delicious food. The hotel’s location next to the MRT made getting around Bangkok very easy. We especially appreciated the genuine hospitality and professionalism of everyone we met. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. This experience has made us love Bonvoy (a membership we weren't previously sure of its value) and Thailand. This is a must if you are staying in Bangkok.

Visited Bangkok and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Was upgraded to a suite where there is a living room area and a kitchenette. Check in process was smooth and fast thanks to Pun at the reception. The room was very big, though very woody and looks dated but still in pretty good condition. The breakfast selection was not too bad, had a good variety of food dishes to choose from. The dining area was also very big. Checked out the pool and the gym. They were also very well maintained and the gym was very big. Was also pleasantly surprised by the food selection at the lounge and the drinks available. The location of the hotel is actually not bad as it is just steps away from the MRT station, and close to the Jodd Fai night market and the big malls which are less frequented by tourists. It was overall a good stay, except for the thing which wasn't pleasant was that the water for shower was perpetually cold even you turned the hot tap to the max or left the water running for 10 minutes. The water pressure was also not strong enough and not much water out from the shower head.

Had a lovely experience at Jubilee. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is nice, and the food was really good. Everything was well prepared and enjoyable. A special thank you to Phoom and Baifern for taking such good care of us. They were friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout our meal. We had a really nice time and would be happy to come back again. 😊

It’s a little way out of the city centre. It’s a quiet neighbourhood. As there’s an MRT station nearby, it’s not too difficult to get to. The rooms are a little dated. However, they are generally well maintained. It’s a hotel with a slightly classic feel. The staff are excellent and professional. The happy hour for Marriott Elite members is rather good, and, considering the price, I think I’d personally prefer this hotel to those in the city centre. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Furthermore, Earncha, who looked after me in the lounge throughout my stay, was a very friendly and competent member of staff; I hope to have the opportunity to return there in the near future.
