⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kantary Hotel for 20 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always friendly, warm, and incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. What made it even more special was how kind they were to our family—my kid wandered into the office a couple of times, and the staff would happily give him snacks and treats, which always made him smile! A special thank you to all the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They made us feel at home from day one. We truly appreciated the care and attention we received and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. ❤️

I recently stayed at Kantary House Bangkok Hotel as part of the month long South Asia trip. The experience did not meet expectations for a property advertised as 4 stars. The hotel itself was extremely outdated and cleanliness was below what I would consider acceptable for this rating. The swimming pool was empty, with broken concrete and garbage, and had no water. The toilet was leaking, and the towels and bed sheets had stains. The bathroom floor was lower than the rest of the room, which made it a tripping hazard, especially at night. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection was limited. One major concern, however, was security. The hotel appeared to have little to no visible security presence. There was no gate and a guard was rarely seen. Consider the rough condition of the surrounding area of the hotel, security should be priority. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service is the main reason I would rate this hotel 3 stars rather than 2 stars. Overall, while the staff did their best to provide good service, the condition of the hotel and lack of security make it difficult to recommend. - I have a few photos but was unable to download it to the site. We went to Thailand basically for the whole month of February, stayed in Kantary House for most of it except for 10 days in the middle as we had to go north.|The location suited us as it's just off Ramkhamhaeng Road a main thoroughfare with just about everything you need on it.|I believe the rooms are being upgraded a floor at a time. Presently they are still functional, clean and tidy but are in need of some modernisation. Ours had all we needed, including a room safe big enough to get my 15" laptop in and a washing machine which proved to be a godsend, clothes drying easy enough on the balcony.|The public area's are spotless, contemporary, well air conditioned with an executive lounge which is hardly used. Entry is gained via your room card and there's tea, coffee snacks and cakes on the inside, lovely and quiet in there as well.|All the staff are brilliant, cleaners, bell boys, waitresses, reception, all busting a gut to offer help. Special mention to Nutty and the lads in the restaurant, very attentive every night although she changed shifts to days as we left.|The restaurant bears my one criticism of the whole place which is the cost of the drinks, just way too expensive which I'm 100% sure deters diners from using the restaurant. Now I don't tolerate gluten and they at least allowed me to take my own gluten free beer in, but mostly we dined more or less alone, so, if you're reading management, a 2/3 month trial of reduced priced drinks will boost the restaurant trade I'm sure so give it a go. The food meanwhile is great and well priced, the female chef (didn't catch her name) does a mean stir fried chicken and cashew nut in chilli sauce. Breakfast chefs so helpful with the gluten and dairy exclusion as well. Just brilliant staff throughout the hotel.|Then we have the Cat. The cat I think was a stray that dropped anchor at the hotel and stayed for good. The security guards chip in to get it checked up at the vets and to feed it. Well, I know we shouldn't have but we took to buying it a tin of tuna every other day, probably more frequent than that and it knows when the tuna is coming. So if you're an animal lover, give it a treat every now and again and a tip to the security guard to help with the vets bills would be great as well.

The Kantary hotel chain is generally known for its good quality and service standards. However, this particular property fell below the standard I have experienced at other Kantary hotels.There were several areas that require improvement. The hallway appeared dusty, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Housekeeping service was also inconsistent; on one occasion, room cleaning was done late in the afternoon, and the bed linens were not changed.The breakfast offered a good variety of food, which I appreciated. However, some aspects of staff professionalism and conduct were disappointing. In particular, one female staff member working in the breakfast restaurant repeatedly engaged in loud conversations, apparently discussing complaints or work-related matters with another staff member (possibly a supervisor) who was regularly working at a table in the corner of the restaurant. This occurred on several mornings during my stay and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests.I would respectfully suggest that the hotel strengthen staff training in professional etiquette, guest interaction, and workplace conduct. Staff should be reminded that guest-facing areas, especially the restaurant, should maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Greater emphasis on service manners, communication standards, and hospitality professionalism would help improve the guest experience and better align this property with the standards associated with the Kantary brand.

I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel, but it is still comfortable and clean. We loved the included breakfast and well priced dinner meal. Essentially we stayed here with our grandkids to be close to the Harbour Island Water Theme Park - this is an easy 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious but a little dated, air cons worked well and good water pressure in the shower.

We love this place Friendliest hotel in Bangkok. We come here frequently and enjoy our time and it feels like family. Restaurant is great as well as the rest of the staff. If you have a issue it is taken care of immediately. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The environment is lovely and relaxing, and it’s clear that the management takes great pride in the property as all the facilities are well-maintained and in great condition. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We want to give a special thank you to the front desk team, particularly Ms. Noknoi, Ms. Chaya, and Mr. Olive. They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay, assisting us with everything we needed with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and welcoming experience!

Everything started out acceptable and fine, but when money was stolen from my wallet, I realized I had made a mistake in choosing this hotel. I will not visit again and I will not recommend it. This is against the law and a serious breach of guest privacy, and action must be taken against them. The hotel is not safe at all; it's very, very, very bad.
