A big thank you to Bow and Sara at Kokotel Bangkok for making my stay so enjoyable! From check-in to check-out, they were always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the hospitality from Bow and Sara that really stood out. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth and pleasant throughout my stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

Genuine and best service. Everytime i come back to the hotel it is like returning home, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Spacious room and affordable price. Massage place, Lotus, 7-11 and eateries just around the corner. 5mins from BTS. My happiest stay in BKK. Kokotel has a couples of branches across Thailand. See you soon.

*Kokotel Bangkok - Great stay right in the heart of it all* I’m staying at Kokotel Bangkok right now and it’s been a really solid experience. The room was clean, modern, and way more spacious than I expected for the price. Check-in was quick and the staff were super friendly + helpful with directions around the city. Location is perfect too — easy BTS/MRT access so I’m 10 mins from most of the spots I wanted to hit. Best part: everything just works. Fast WiFi, good shower pressure, and comfy bed = no complaints after a long day exploring Bangkok. Great value if you want comfort without the 5-star price tag. Would definitely stay again 👍

I stayed here 2 days and the hotel was clean, comfy bed and very helpful customer service. There was a foul smell in the bathroom i could not figure it out and sprayed fresheners but stay was perfect. Water dispenser on each floor was so helpful as someone who drinks lot of water. My only honest feedback is if you could Atleast 1 hot food for Vegans like Veg fried rice or Veg Noodles as it would be so helpful. I paid Expedia for breakfast and the food options were nice for Non Veg Customers but for me i only had bread and cereals to eat so one improvement on that would make it perfect. Thank you for very nice service.

This was my first visit to COCO HOTEL, and it was the perfect place to rest. The room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I wasn't feeling well, but after resting here for a few days, I've almost completely recovered. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Thailand. The staff were so welcoming, adding an extra layer of warmth to my stay. Special thanks to Joe and Bora—they are honestly the best people I’ve met in Thailand. They were so kind, gave great restaurant recommendations, and were always ready to help with anything I needed. I am leaving with beautiful memories that I will cherish for a very long time!

First time we are staying in this hotel but we really had a good impression. Shout out to the super friendly staff: Plub, Bora, Pear and Chy for their service and really helpfull. The room is super clean, the breakfast is good and located in the rooftop, the location is really convinient since the hotel really closed to OnNut BTS Station. Deifinately will comeback for another stay..

Just 10K baht good deal on Agoda, I have enjoyed surprisingly best King room of Kokotel in Sukhumvit 50 during my current 8 night’s staying. The room is spacious, clean and warm! It is also located near to Lotus Supermarket, 7-Eleven and BTS On Nut! It is too good for solo trip :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Sara and Bora for their excellent service and kindness — they made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, and the breakfast had many delicious options. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back again
