We were here not for the airport, but for the KBU Prometric Testing Center. Price is super cheap, the rooms are surprisingly large for Bkk. Downside is that the aircon isn't strong enough for the rooms to get ice cold, like you might want at another hotel. Deposit was flexible both times we stayed. Check in was easy. Good times all around.

A great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient parking available. Getting to the airport was easy, and the location makes everything very accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience at Hotel KOS. From the moment I arrived, the staff made everything feel effortless and welcoming. The staff is superfriendly. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Of course not a Luxury hotel but a very reasonable price for a good stay. Coffee shop Amazon at front. Diner room service also good. Will definitely keep adress for repeat returns.

The hotel’s perfectly adequate for a night or week. It’s an airport hotel, so you’re not expecting luxury, but oddly enough, there’s no luggage scale, which you’d imagine would be standard. No gym, spa, or pool either. What you do get is a generously sized room that’s grand for a bit of rest. The staff are lovely. Warm and helpful. And there’s a dining area downstairs that doubles nicely as a co-working spot. It’s usually empty, and the Wi-Fi holds up well. Now, one curious thing: if you’re up on the higher floors, you’ll notice the building gives a bit of a wobble several times a day. Not enough to panic, but certainly enough to notice. Doesn’t feel like an earthquake; more likely something mechanical, perhaps the lift doing its rounds. Bit odd, that.

Fair quality/price ratio. A bit more building maintenance would help increase overall score… see photos for reference. Not a big deal but not up to 4-5 stars standard. Courteous staff - just updated rating of service from 3 to 4 stars as personnel has been always kind (at desk, near bar, and cleaning staff) and administration is openly listening to constructive comments. Close to a busy street so can be a bit noisy. Recommended for families.

Pretty good overall. Has fast internet, very clean, good sized room. Staff are helpful enough. Easy to arrive by taxi from the airport. Is also only 20 minutes walk from the Pink Line Metro station.
