We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with our family at the end of our Thailand vacation, and it offered great value for money. Service & Staff: The service throughout the hotel was top-notch. The bell boys were super helpful with carrying our bags and always opened doors for us. The breakfast team was warm, smiling, generous, and very welcoming. The bar staff on the rooftop were also sweet and attentive. Rooms & Facilities: Our room was very clean and comfortable. The windows did a fantastic job with noise cancellation, ensuring a quiet stay. The pool and rooftop area were clean, nice, and stocked with plenty of towels. The only minor inconvenience was that the TV did not support Netflix or YouTube, though there were plenty of regular channels available. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good overall. Just be prepared for a short wait (around 15 minutes) for custom egg orders if you go during peak times. Location & Surrounding Area: The location is very convenient to Sukhumvit, and the free tuk-tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping mall was a great bonus. A quick heads-up for families taking night walks: walking toward the Nana direction brings you right into the adult entertainment district, which is worth keeping in mind. On a positive note, there is a 7-Eleven right near the hotel, as well as an amazing massage spot called Nuatly, which we highly recommend! Overall, a fantastic stay for families.

I had a great stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to BTS Asok, Terminal 21, and plenty of restaurants and cafés. They also provide a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle, which makes getting around even easier. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service and facilities. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

A wonderful stay on a very special day ❤️ Today is our 24th wedding anniversary, and we are so happy that we chose Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok to spend this special day. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We arrived very early after our flight, and the team kindly prepared our room and allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. When we entered the room, we found such a lovely anniversary surprise — flowers, balloons, beautiful towel swans, a handwritten card and two adorable handmade elephants. It was incredibly thoughtful and made our special day even more memorable. Everyone has been so warm, friendly and attentive. It is these little details and genuine hospitality that make a hotel stay truly special. Thank you to the whole team for taking such wonderful care of us and for becoming a beautiful part of our 24th anniversary in Bangkok. ❤️ A beautiful hotel with a wonderful team. We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. As an Accor high-tier member, we were generously upgraded to an Executive Suite, and the hotel prepared beautiful room decorations and a cake for our special occasion. The suite was spacious, comfortable and we were extremely happy with it. The staff were friendly and provided warm, smiling service throughout our stay. The team at the executive lounge was especially kind and attentive, and we were very satisfied with the food and drinks offered there. The breakfast selection at the main lobby restaurant was quite limited, though. The hotel has lovely Southeast Asian-style decor, but it has been open for some time, so some facilities feel a little dated. The hotel provides a tuk-tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 every 30 minutes, which is convenient. However, the tuk-tuk is quite small and not very convenient for luggage, especially at check-out. Overall, this hotel is very generous to Accor elite members, with great service and an outstanding executive lounge. It also offers excellent value for money. Despite the slightly older facilities, we highly recommend it for a pleasant and well-treated stay.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was very enjoyable each morning. The complimentary shuttle service was also very useful and made getting around much more convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although fairly average compared to the rest of the hotel’s excellent facilities. A special thank you to the hotel team for helping arrange a birthday celebration for my son ❤️ The staff went the extra mile to make the occasion memorable, and we truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.
