It’s only my first day at this hotel, but I have already fallen in love with it. I arrived around 10 a.m., and since no rooms were available yet, I came back at 1 p.m. When I entered my room, I was surprised to find a birthday cake and a lovely card waiting for me. That thoughtful gesture truly made my day and made me feel very special. After that, I visited the pool, which was clean, cozy, and relaxing. The staff have been kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting. So far, everything has exceeded my expectations. This hotel is not just beautiful—it makes guests feel genuinely cared for. I can’t wait to enjoy the rest of my stay here.

We visit Bangkok several times a year, we’ve happened to stay in many different hotels, and we are so happy we arrived at this hotel because now it’s our favorite hotel! We took a junior suite room which was really spacious and we were very comfortable with our baby girl. One of the things that made our stay was the wonderful and kind staff, who made us feel at home at every moment. They smiled all the time and helped us with everything we needed! The smiling and charming Surya & Big helped us speak in Thai with the authorities and with a delivery company and really helped from the heart before our flight. People with a giant heart 🩵 The reception staff are smiling and kind all the time! The charming Yada from the breakfast staff who received us every morning with a smile and helped from the bottom of her heart with food sensitivities, recommendations for new things and foods, and also Earth and all the wonderful kitchen staff! The hotel has a wonderful breakfast, with a small and cute buffet in addition to a varied and great menu from which you can order all kinds of delicious dishes. Highly recommended! We also loved the fun pool outside and how can we not mention Best, who as soon as he heard we were around would immediately come to play with our baby girl who was so happy to see him and all the staff every time again! Thanks also to the charming cleaning staff. It seems that whoever recruited the hotel staff did a wonderful job haha 😄 There are lots of great restaurants and places around the hotel which was a great plus for us to explore a new area. Thank you for a great stayyy Waiting to return! 🩵

As usual, service was outstanding and the rooms are spotless clean as I remember them to be. It was unfortunate that Quickie Burger joint has been closed. Their truffle burger was fantastic as a TV snack. Also appreciated that the hotel gave my mom a birthday cake to celebrate the occasion!

MUU exceeded my expectations. I would nir hesitate to come back and recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Bangkok. To start, the staff were amazing. Incredibly kind and helpful. Truly amazing people. My room was excellent; stylish, large, and spotless. I’ve stayed at nice hotels, including The Montage, St. Regis, Hyatt Regency, etc., and this hotel compares well with them in many respects and at a more reasonable price. MUU was an excellent value. I strongly recommend you have breakfast at the hotel. The food was consistently amazing, with Thai, Chinese, and western options, with the main dishes changing daily. The cappuccino and latte were significantly better than what you could buy at Starbucks. They also had a unique bead of juices that changed daily. And the service was also excellent. Some of the best dishes I’ve had in Thailand were served at breakfast at this hotel. Seriously.

I recommend this hotel! Only stayed 1 night before we flew out of BKK. The service was exceptional, as everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and connected to a shopping center with a convenient late night restaurant that was delicious! Our room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great city view of Bangkok. We did not have time to enjoy the pool, but when we walked through, a lot of people looked like they were having a good time! It was a beautiful pool. I wish we had more time to stay here, as it was a flawless stay with a great staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at MUU Bangkok Hotel in the Garden View Two Bedroom Suite with Terrace, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Located in the heart of Thonglor, the hotel offers a unique balance between the energy of the city and the comfort of a private retreat. As a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, MUU delivers a boutique luxury experience with thoughtfully designed interiors, contemporary art, and warm hospitality. The Garden View Two Bedroom Suite with Terrace felt more like a stylish private residence than a hotel room. The spacious layout, separate living area, outdoor terrace, and residential atmosphere made it ideal for a relaxing staycation. One of the highlights was the exclusive Hilker mattress, available only in this suite category. It provided exceptional comfort and one of the best nights of sleep I have experienced in a hotel. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea served on the private terrace, which created a peaceful setting to unwind away from the city's busy pace. Dinner at Otto Italian Restaurant was another memorable part of the stay. The dishes were beautifully presented, well-executed, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, making it perfect for a relaxed evening. What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the property. From the design of the rooms to the service provided by the staff, everything felt carefully considered and genuinely guest-focused. I would highly recommend MUU Bangkok Hotel to travelers looking for a boutique luxury hotel in Bangkok, especially those who appreciate design, comfort, excellent dining, and the convenience of staying in Thonglor.

I had an amazing experience staying at MUU Bangkok! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax after exploring Bangkok. One of my favorite highlights was definitely the rooftop area, the jacuzzi and pool were amazing, especially for unwinding and enjoying the city atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at MUU Bangkok. Great hospitality, a beautiful room, and fantastic rooftop facilities. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok!

Visiting MUU since 5ish Years - usually twice per year. The change in price and quality lately attracts a different croud then before. The new reality is that the guests smoke weed in public spaces, are using phones to call/consume social media on full sound at breakfast and pool as in club rooms, stream and create content. there is not even an basic understanding of dress code to enter the restaurant. basically beachwear - to say it nicely. rooms are still very clean and impressive in size. the team is doing the best, but the SLH certification and expectations that come with it.. not there anymore
