The hotel was decent overall, but my experience was affected by the noise. The room itself was fairly clean and the location was convenient, which I appreciated. However, every morning there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel staff and cleaning crew very early in the day. It was difficult to sleep or rest properly because the housekeeping staff were moving equipment around the hallways. The service at the front desk was okay, but the noise issue really reduced the comfort of the stay. Overall, it was acceptable, but I expected a quieter and more relaxing environment for the price.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent—only a 3-minute walk to BTS Asoke Station and about 6 minutes to MRT Sukhumvit Station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Bangkok.The breakfast was delicious, and the service team truly went above and beyond to meet my needs. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt, and they really made every effort to take care of their guests. This is a 4-star hotel offering a 5-star level of service. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single fault.

I had a 3-night stay in Mid-March 2026 to attend a conference nearby. Earth (the receptionist's name) greeted me with such cheerful enthusiasm that made us forget about my travel fatigue. Although I initially booked for 2 nights, and then subsequently added a separate booking for 1 night, she managed to combine them together, which set the visit off on a good note. Interestingly enough, I had actually stayed at this hotel 11 years ago in 2015. Back then it was known as "Park Plaza Asoke", and somewhere along the way the Minor Hotels Group bought this property and did some minor refurbishment to the rooms in order to maintain some consistency across the brand. This property in particular seems to be positioned as a relatively economical business hotel, and having paid about 1750-2000baht a night, I found that to be very reasonable. Fortunately the rooms looked like they had undergone some significant refurbishment over the past decade or so, the lighting was bright and strong, and the overall cleanliness of the room, bed, working desk and bathroom seemed good with some minor signs of wear and tear. On the upside, the room was big, bright and spacious enough and also came with a small kitchenette and large fridge, but lacked a washing machine (not expected of a business hotel anyway). Sound insulation was reasonably good too, I did not hear any road noise despite having a room facing the main road on a lower floor. Hot showers and Wifi worked well, especially the wifi which did not require any passwords or login codes. The location was fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the major Asoke intersection where there are both the BTS (Skytrain) and MRT (Subway) lines. In fact, the massive Benjakitti park right beside the hotel was the most important to me, for morning and evening runs and workouts. Just as important to me was that the property was not located in one of those seedy sois. I come to Bangkok 10-12 times a year and have lived in more than 75 different hotels and BnBs over the years, and since the last visit 11 years ago, this has still proven to be one of the best value-for-money hotels in town.

We had a great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and well-equipped, and the breakfast was varied. The best things were the location near the park and the rooftop pool where we relaxed. I highly recommend it and I will be back with pleasure! Again 5 stars for the staff, all the employees at the reception, the pool, the kitchen and the cleaning team, Thank You!

I have had a fantastic stay in NH Bangkok Asok! All was perfect! The staff are the most kind people on earth! I appreciate a lot the way they took care of my case. I had a flight cancellation and didn’t know when I will be able to take the flight back home, so the staff gave me the possibility to stay and paying day by day until I got a solution. The fares were very reasonable for the area and hotel style. The rooms are modern and big, with everything you would need for your stay. The rooftop swimming pool is great, just a bit more shade and a more varied playlist would make it perfect. The location is great, near the cross where you can take both train types, so it’s very well located. It has Terminal 21 near by… a giant mall with a lot of interesting restaurants and shops. It’s a place with a lot of night activity. When I will come back to Bangkok, I will definitely consider NH for my stay. 10/10

Great Location, Average Value for the Price. NH Asoke has one of the best possible locations. The service is sound, as expected, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, it is a solid choice. However, I was left with the feeling that better value could be found for the price paid, especially when compared with price–quality options in Vietnam. That said, Saigon is clearly more expensive than the rest of the country.

Best location, near a public park that you can have a morning walk around a lake. Superb staffs, extremely nice and having great service mind. Their services are even beyond expectation! Good quality buffet breakfast. I love their pillows in the bedroom. Good quality ones.

As a frequent guest at NH Asoke, I can confidently say that their standard never drops. The seamless check-in, spotless rooms, and exceptionally warm staff make every visit effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such high quality consistently, but they pull it off every time. Definitely my go-to choice in Bangkok.
