The stay could not have been better. The hotel's location near Nana BTS is excellent and the whole booking experience enabled by reservations and Khun Olarn could not have been better. There was full support in the whole run up even though I needed to ad some nights and take away, it was always done professionally and with my own personal comfort in mind. Excellent The front of house staff are impeccably polite and efficient and rarely any waiting - the same goes for the breakfast team. Housekeeping was equally excellent and took care of my every need. gym and pool were great and not many people using. The kitchen facilities and the washing machine -- we an absolute bonus. But what is really great is the size of the rooms. really spacious and really comfortable. This is great service at a great price - there isnt a better deal in Bangkok and I know as I am an expert. Incredible stay with exceptional service! Earlier this month, my husband and I stayed at this hotel for a vacation, and we were so impressed that I just had to leave a review. From the moment we walked in, the experience was wonderful . The staff were all smiles and provided excellent service. I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to Beer at the breakfast restaurant. They were incredibly attentive, always greeting us with a warm and friendly smile, and providing top-notch service. Beer speaks so politely and warmly, and gave us wonderful recommendations throughout our stay. We truly had a memorable experience and feel highly impressed. We are so impressed and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Nana BTS Station, which made getting around Bangkok simple and stress-free. What made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service provided by Beer and Aun. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay this time, especially since this was not my first time staying at this hotel. First of all, we had originally booked larger rooms, but we were given smaller rooms, and there was a delay of several hours before we were able to get our rooms. The staff’s English is extremely limited, which made communication very difficult. I had to repeat myself several times, and even when calling from the room, they often could not understand what I was asking for, so I had to go down to the reception myself. I also called room service several times to request sugar, but it was never delivered. I eventually had to go down to the reception to get it myself. I had a similar experience when asking about the spa — the staff could not understand or assist me over the phone, so again, I had to go down to reception. Overall, I found the level of professionalism and service much lower than I expected. The room itself was also disappointing. There were unpleasant smells, including cigarette smoke and a sewage-like smell. The beds and tables had old stains and looked like they were in need of renovation or replacement. There was also a lot of loud noise coming from intoxicated guests in the reception area, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. The sofa cushions had a strong smell of urine. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this stay was very different from my previous experiences at this hotel. I would not want to repeat the experience again.

Beer was absolutely the nicest waiter. He always had a smile on his face and genuinely cared and provided hospitality every morning during my buffet breakfast, always asking if I needed anything which really made my morning so much better. Thai was also such a lovely person. Definitely include the buffet breakfast in your stay, it’s 100% worth it, and makes your stay easier, plus you get to meet these amazing people which I’ve added in my photo. Thank you for your service and genuine kindness.

My experience at ParkRoyal Hotel was frustrating. I felt that the staff gave my fiancé, who is a foreigner, more attention and respect than they gave me as an Asian woman. I felt overlooked, and it seemed like the special attention was directed toward him rather than treating us equally as a couple staying at the hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing. We found a worm in one of the vegetables we ate, which was very concerning. The breakfast selection was limited and did not meet our expectations. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and food quality.

I loved my stay at Parkroyal and appreciate the service of Vim and Pom at front desk check in. They upgraded me to a one bedroom suite. And it really made my stay feel like home. I love serviced apartments and this was a great one. The amenities were great. The housekeeping team was tidy and thorough. The only thing is I didn’t necessarily love the location. Too much action. However, it was safe and walkable to the BTS and the Terminal 21 mall and great restaurants. Also for a busy area, this was on a quiet street and 7-11 is just across for all your needs.
