Had a great stay at Rama Gardens Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and breakfast. Convenient location and good atmosphere for both relaxing and business trips. Highly recommended!

I have never commented negatively on any hotel. I am willing to bear some errors or issues here and there. But with Rama Gardens I must truly express my deepest regret to book this hotel. We stayed from 10-14th Apr with a total of 11 guest and 6 rooms. 1) The hotel DECIDED to cut off the electricity on 12nd without notifying anyone. We have to walk up and down the 4 levels. This I can bear. 2) The hotel room cards were able to provide room access for ONLY 3 nights, and you will need to renew your key cards at the reception. The hotel did NOT bother to inform us. We came back after a long day trip, up to 4th floor and to only realize that the keys do not work! We have to get down and renew at the reception. This I can bear. 3) My major shock is this. My guests were Chinese. On the 3rd day there is a Chinese tour to the hotel and they dine at a different venue than the usual hotel guests. My guests came down for breakfast and they were CHASED away from the main dining area because the dining reception thought my guests were among the tour members. They did not ask for room details or key cards etc - they simply say “You, go there!” My guests walked to the tour group dining area only to realize there is a major misunderstanding, came back and tell the room number, and only now were permitted to enter. This I CAN STILL BEAR. Then, after my guests took their food, another reception saw them, thought they were the tour members, wanted to chase them out even with their food plates on their hands! Friends, this is a serious disappointment on racism. I cannot imagine a Thai hotel having such manner. My Chinese guests were shocked at how they were treated. Do you know what the hotel provides as a way to apologize? A plate of apples and oranges. I mean… how insulting.

nice hotel, however it really needs renovating as it is beginning to show its age (especially in the rooms). nevertheless everything is clean and the pool is lovely. however it isn’t easy to walk out of the hotel to eat/go to 7-eleven etc, and the restaurants are quite pricey.

All I can say is that it was very quiet and comfortable, and the high level of security in such a special hotel was absolutely impeccable, giving guests complete peace of mind. The hotel service was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel room is spacious and very clean.| Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk manager Miss Meili Pranee and her team, |Coffee shop manger Miss Yan and her team. |They always maintain the professionalism by the service straight from the heart. That's very impressive. Well done and good job .| I'm so proud to the top management to having such a valuable assets to achieve your mission by the high standards of performance.|Last not least , the housekeeping staffs are also did a marvelous work too. The room is super clean and tidy . |Thank you for all your efforts to make our stay with you in such an incredible time.

The location of this hotel used to be great when the main airport was at Don Muang, but now Don Miang is only a secondary airport so the location of the hotel is now a bit off. There is also a construction in front of the hotel so getting there by car can be quote confusing. The hotel is located on a large plot of land and has the feeling of a cointryaide resort even though it is in the middle of Bangkok. Food is quite ok.

Older hotel, but definitely a great one. Could use some renovations in the hallway, room/washrooms, and lobby but they have amazing amenities.
