I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham on Sukhumvit 11, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond, always welcoming me with warm smiles and genuine care. Everything was impressively organized, from the check-in process to the cleanliness of my room. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, there are plenty of local food options just steps away, whether you’re craving street food or international cuisine. Plus, everything you could need shops, entertainment, nightlife, is within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting with your partner, traveling solo, or here on business, I highly recommend this hotel. Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable!

Overall no complaints.. the pool is small and shallow but a welcome destination on a hot day unfortunately no shade and also the hotels designated smoking area with no aircon or fans .. at this stage . John from Management took on board the suggestion of fans in the area  and would not be surprised if the next visit has fans Single / couples Rooms are small compared to others in the area however very neat and clean with most of what you want . Executive rooms are larger Staff friendly and  helpful Only real issue is its restricted lift system which requires some of the floors can only be accessed from a lift outside the hotel or via transit through the floor 7 pool bar smoking area.. suggest the easiest access is to rooms above the 7 floor Regardless would recommend a stay for a few nights Very quiet in a great location next to everything Happy to recommend Giid value fir money Mr D Australia

We had a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience. The welcome was warm, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ahm, Nipa, and Poey for their exceptional hospitality. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to staying here again!

I arrived at the hotel with my sister on 11 August at around 11:00. When we first opened the door, we did not feel welcomed by front desks staff. One lady at reception was  pleasant and helpful, but the man wearing a black shirt, may be a bellman, did not greet us or offer a Wai. He was looking at us but did not give us a welcoming impression if compared with my experience in Phuket, the service here quite different. The overall service seemed slow and less proactive! As a Franchise of Wyndham should be improved ! However, i also like to mention that the other staff I met in the afternoon were much more welcoming ,especially the man at reception whom I met during check-out was very friendly. He smiled, greeted us with a Wai, and made us feel much better about our arrival experience. Room was clean and comfortable, although the building it looks quite old. One small point for improvement is the elevator there was no clear sign or information explaining that the room key needs to be activatedfor using the elevator. !

I had a wondeful time staying at Ramada. Its an absolute 10/10 in terms of location and services. Pui, Nipa, and Nemo at front desk helped me out a lot and always provided me with good services whenever needed. Bellboy Joey is also helpful to remind you about your incoming delivery orders. Very good location, friendly and professional staff. One of the best spots on the road for great value. And the soundproofing is well enough that you can still get a good night's sleep despite being right on the main road.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. From the moment I arrived, the staff (special mention to Aosim, Jenny, and Benz) were incredibly accommodating and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. The hotel itself is just perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was relaxing after a long day in the city. What truly stood out was the level of service. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making my stay not only convenient but also memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Bangkok.

We booked 2 rooms, one for me and my partner,and one for my mum our room was old and there were mold in the bathroom and by the window, which I can kinda deal with. However my mum found cockroachs in her room. (They came to clean the room for her but they didn't really compensate her for that) The location is okay if you just wanna have fun but 10000% not suitable if you come as a family. Because in the evening/night there some stalls by the street selling things kids shouldn't see.

Jaturon the porter (concierge incharge) is v helpful n efficient man; really an asset to this property. He communicated / acted on my behalf with airport people when I did not receive the luggage: Overall good experience staying in this hotel. The staff is good ; great food. Restaurant Burmese girl n the girl down in the lobby (coffee maker) n all other reception staff is v good, polite and helpful My special thanks to Jaturon n V, Aomsin n housekeeping staff n everyone working here V.
