Bad…. Very bad check-in, room is very very worn out, floor , furniture fittings with many damages. Sofa spring coil poking your bottom when seated.Cleanliness is a joke, bath towers has holes, pillows that are flat… list goes on…For this price, I feel cheated..Btw I had never written a bad hotel review before but this is really too badThere are to a of better hotel options out there

This was honestly the most practical hotel I stayed at in Bangkok. It has absolutely everything. The internet is great, which is super important for me as a digital worker, and it was stable and reliable the whole time. There is a proper workspace, two TVs, a bathtub in the room, two air conditioners, a very comfortable bed, and really comfortable pillows. Everything feels extremely useful and well designed. You can tell they thought about every detail to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The seating area is very cozy, the sofa is incredibly comfortable, and even the kitchen area is perfectly set up if you want to cook. The whole place just feels smart, functional, relaxing, and easy to live in.

I have my stay at Ramada and it’s perfect. The staff and the service is amazing. I love all the facilities and the area was middle Bangkok. There are many rooms type but we picked the 1 bedroom because we stayed just a few days with 2 people. Everything is perfect and clean. The restaurant of the hotel also perfect (the burger is soooo good). Highly recommended!!✨

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada by Wyndham Ten Ekamai Residences for over 3 months, and it truly became a home away from home. Long stays can really show the true quality of a hotel, and this team exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and perfect for an extended stay. The location in Ekkamai was incredibly convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, BTS, and everything needed for daily life in Bangkok. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and consistently professional. What made the experience truly special, however, was the staff. A heartfelt thank you to NuNu, Kate, Pang, Klaire, and Nong for their kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. They always greeted me with genuine smiles, were incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Over time, they became one of the main reasons the hotel felt like home. It’s rare to find a hotel team that maintains such a high level of service consistently over several months, but they absolutely did. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on me. I would highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham Ten Ekamai Residences to anyone visiting Bangkok — whether for a short trip or a long-term stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Ten Ekamai Residences. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What made my experience truly outstanding was the excellent service from the receptionist, Klaire. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out. She answered all my questions with patience and always greeted me with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcome. Her exceptional customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful design and a relaxing atmosphere. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, providing convenient access to nearby attractions. The location is great situated close enough to key points of interest while still maintaining a serene environment. The room was excellent and provided all the comforts.

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 - Decent stay, but needs maintenance I booked a suite room, which was spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. However, the property is starting to feel a bit rundown. The main issue was the cleanliness of the air conditioning—there was visible dark dust inside the air vent. It has good potential, but they really need to deep clean the AC units.
