I was a solo traveler and grandmother who was in Thailand to visit my son and his family. I’m a moderately hearty traveler and didn’t expect much for the price…I just needed a safe and comfortable place to sleep and hang out for a day waiting for my flight home. |As soon as I arrived, I felt unsafe and disturbed. The check-in desk was dimly lit and didn’t smell good. There were a couple of guys in the lobby who didn’t seem to belong. I didn’t see any other customers. |The gal at the desk was very sweet, but wanted a 500 baht deposit even thought I had already paid for the room on line. When I questioned this, she brought it down to 200 baht. I could not ascertain a reason for this due to a language barrier, but it was returned to me in full upon my checkout. |I was led to a 6th floor room by a young man who seemed nice, but was very disheveled. The place was obviously dirty and smelled terrible. I was left in a hot room with some a/c and low overhead lighting with zero places to charge electronics. The tv barely worked and only had Thai stations with a great deal of static. I ended up leaving immediately. I didn’t feel safe or as if there was anyone who spoke my language. |Just my take. If I’d been with someone else, I probably would have toughed it out.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the hospital and the airport since one of our families was warded at Sirindhorn. Well, the price was relatively cheap but I did expect good service from them. In my opinion, travellers come from all over the place so it’s should be compulsory for them to at least have basic English. Other than that, it was okay.

We stayed here for an overnighter to catch a flight the next day. Having paid for breakfast for the both of us in the cost of the room, they never mentioned anything about breakfast. We went and asked and they said they didn't understand. The bed was well the worst I have ever slept on. I ended up sleeping on the floor as it was softer than the bed. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel is very clean & great service. Friendly staff & very comfortable & secured facilities. Though it has a deop off service by tuktuk to some areas it will be great if can have a pick up to go back to the hotel as a little bit of walk from the main road. Otherwise it’s an amazing experience.

The bed is so hard. Everything is old, building, room, bathroom, hair dryer is broken, phone reception is poor. Airport transportation is included in the room price. Most of the hotels in this area provide the airport transportation.

Good choice for a basic no thrills hotel room. It’s based on a Thai apartment complex and has a big room with a bathroom and kitchen off the main room. There is a fridge, kettle and sink in the kitchen. Bed, table and sofa in the big room. Staff were helpful. Robinson’s Lifestyle is walkable and has a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Waited some time for pickup... room was big with nice kitchen for an apartment, bathroom OK, bed big and comfy, more like a monthly apartment rental for people working around there, but OK for those waiting for next day plane. Walk outside and it opens to a lot of good local shops and eateries
