Lived here for 3 years. 15-min walk to MRT Phra Ram 9, Central Rama 9, Fortune Town, Lotus and they have a free tuktuk service from 6am to 7pm. The room is good. They have a one-door fridge(not minibar), cable TV, sofa, long balcony and a lot of shelves and cupboards. 1 car per room. The staff are nice and friendly. The gym equipped with beginner to intermediate equipment. The dumbbells are up to around 60 lbs. The price, I'd say cheap. 7,900 baht per month, 5 baht per unit for electricity which is barely increased at all. If you need apartment around here you should look into this.

Hello. I would like to clarify something about the cleaning fee. When I moved into the room 5 months ago, the room was very dirty and had a strong odor. I couldn't even sleep that first night, and I had to go to the supermarket to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. According to my contract, the cleaning fee mentioned is 500 baht. There is no place in the contract that mentions a cleaning fee of 2000 baht. So, I don't understand why you are now asking people to pay 2000 baht. Please kindly follow the written agreement in the contract, which clearly states a cleaning fee of 500 baht. Thank you for your understanding.

The check in process is the worst I've ever seen in 30 years of travel. I would highly recommend seeking some where a little more competent. Unorganized chaos and late check in. It should never take over a hour to check in a hotel. Do better.

The Roseate Ratchada is a service apartment building that also rents out it's free rooms. The hotel is located on a short cul de sac surrounded by residential streets and other served apartments. The Roseate is close to the Phra Ram 9 MRT station and is located within a short walk behind Fortune Town and Lotus with one of the Central Mall's on the other side of the main road. The Roseate has a tuk tuk service to the MRT station. The rooms are clean, fairly large and have a good amount of cupboards and shelves. I found the internet access good All the staff are courteous and friendly The Roseate is a very good place to stay

The location is slightly off the center which means it's quieter, but it's a 15 minutes walk to the mall opposite. The good thing is also that the mall is big and have a cinema. Staff are friendly and check in and out is fast. Wifi is fast and stable! Check my other comments for each sections for more details.

Hotel located less than a km from the main road. Google map location given is a little confusing and hence you may find it difficult to reach. Rooms are well maintained. Dedicated Parking area available for visitors. Complimentary breakfast - Has limited items. But it is reasonably tasty and well organized. Wifi - poor signal strength often get disconnected. Suggestions : Please precisely correct the location on google map.

Avoid this hotel! It's horrible and disgusting. Extremely dirty toilet, when I got into the hotel I noticed that the toilet bowl was not even flushed. Which made me highly suspicious if housekeeping even bothered to do any basic cleaning. How unsanitary and unprofessional is this hotel? Its so dirty and vile. Nobody is deserving to enter a hotel room for it to be this gross. Attached is the photo of the very nasty toilet upon entering. Also why is the hotel receptionist so rude? And incompetent? I thought it was basic introductory for the receptionist to inform guest about the WiFi password. But no, I had to guess and ask and they got annoyed at me for asking. The bed is also extremely uncomfortable and it's not even a mattress. The bed was just a foam that's not even 1 inch thick. It's so uncomfortable and it was a torture to sleep. This hotel is an absolute nightmare, there's so much construction going on and the interiors just look very outdated. Nothing like the photos... no one deserves to stay here, even if you're on a budget holiday. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This hotel is very very DIRTY!

I’ve never stayed in a hotel this un clean, unfortunately this is the rating I’m giving. Firstly, most towels in the shower were stained lightly. Second, there was someone else’s left over shampoo base left, not thrown away. Mold on the showers walls, that could easily be cleaned, yet it wasn’t. And in the fridge, a roach. The location of the hotel is great, but i would not like to stay here again.
