Here’s a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Royal View Resort. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the housekeeping team—the room and overall property were very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel offers great comfort and service at a very reasonable price. Overall, it is definitely worth the money, and I would happily recommend Royal View Resort to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Bangkok. I would love to stay here again!|THANK YOU 🥰

Absolut recommendation in Phaya Thais mid budget hotels! But (!!!) be aware that there are renovations until the end of 2025 and that the noise level can be disrupting vom 9.am to 5.pm in this time! The rooms are clean, the bed is fluffy and you have 2 fluffy pillows as well. Bathrooms could need better curtains and some removal of rust. That's it. We had a balcony, although we couldn't use it due to the melting sun temperatures outside. The AC does it's job and is programmable at night. Staff is always absolutely friendly and cares for you. Breakfast is perfect for the price! Breakfast's open until 10.30.am. Haven't found a pool on the roof but either we didn't need one. So everything's okay! For some budget friendly nights absolute recommended! But take care of the renovations! You'd be warned!

The hotel is located in Soi Ratchathewi 3, about a 600-meter walk from Victory Monument BTS St. Although the property is a bit old, it is well maintained and very clean.Upon arrival, the staff welcomed me with a refreshing welcome drink, a cold towel, and some snacks. The cold towel was especially appreciated after the walk from the BTS station, as it was perfect for cooling down and wiping away the sweat.The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and fresh. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The lighting in the room was a little dim, and the soundproofing could be improved. Around 8:00 a.m., housekeeping started vacuuming and cleaning the aisle and nearby rooms, which was quite noticeable. The hotel also informed me that renovation work was taking place on the third and fourth floors.Overall, this is a charming and welcoming hotel with excellent service. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return if I have the opportunity to visit

I had a lovely stay at Royal View Resort. The location is prettty close to a lot of hip cafes and not too difficult to reach from the airport. The staff is so friendly and caring, when I arrived they welcomed me with a little snack and a drink. I got a room with a bathtub and balcony, which was perfect after a full day of traveling. You can see that the building is pretty old, but they have done their best to keep it clean. Only downside, was that the walls had some traces of bugs that were killed previously..

Good location. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. |The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. ☺️

Had a really pleasant stay at Royal View Resort - Rang Nam. The room was very clean, the facilities were great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for getting around and finding food nearby. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Hotel location is great, only 10-15mins walk to pratunam area. There’s a lot of food stalls around the area so getting food is not a problem. There’s only downside is as what other comments have mentioned before, the hotel room is pretty dim. Lighting is not sufficient especially when sun is down

The hotel has a very good location. A few minutes walk from the BTS. It is relatively nearby landmark.|The hotel is very nice, very clean . Rooms are super, staff are great. Very chill atmosphere.|The price is good for the stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet place. Breakfast was great! Very happy staying there
