I’d love to leave a perfect 5-star review for S Ratchada Leisure Hotel. The service here is incredibly thoughtful and warm. I accidentally left my parcel at the hotel after check-out and have already gone back to China. The staff safely kept my package and took the initiative to coordinate all contact information with Flash Express to help me ship the item, which saved me a lot of trouble. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed with a group of more than ten people, and all the staff were extremely friendly and patient with us. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, and the room price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

The location is excellent, very close to the mall and convenient for getting around. The pool and rooms were also good and met expectations.However, I experienced some issues with staff coordination. At times, staff were standing in walkways and did not always move aside when guests were passing, especially in the restaurant area. I also noticed some staff chatting among themselves in guest areas, which, combined with the relatively narrow walkways, made movement a bit uncomfortable at times.Overall, everything else was fine, but I hope this aspect can be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

The location is a good and the room is quite big even the facility is a B0 but still okay it’s worth it for the value. The one thing is acceptable is about the service attitude about the Francis stuff who wear a glasses lady . All the bad attitude and show me some temple on the even when you speak, Thai or speak English. Speak Chinese she same attitude as bad as she just lost his mother yesterday. It is totally unprofessional for service industry. I suggest she might go to somewhere else to do some business on her own.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the fact that it’s an event place and there was a huge event hall right opposite our room, was disappointing. Loud music and people shouting pas 10 pm in the evening! You could at leas give us a room far away from the event hall…

The hotel management is very rigid and unaccommodating to tourists’ requests. Avoid this hotel at any cost — it is not tourist-friendly, and they treat every opportunity as a way to make extra income. I accidentally booked for the same day instead of the following day. I noticed the mistake within one minute of receiving the booking confirmation, but they refused to change the date or waive the cancellation fees so I could rebook correctly. I’ve never had such an experience in any other country.

Acceptable accommodation. Not suitable for smokers; there is no designated smoking area in the hotel. There are no balconies in the rooms. Staff and receptionists, upon learning you are a smoker, are disrespectful and constantly warn you that smoking is prohibited. The room windows are locked by hotel management and are not to be opened under any circumstances. Additionally, you are required to pay a 1000 B fee per guest for late check-out. If you are late, the fee is refunded; if you check out on time, the money is returned.

Room was fine for 2100 baht — clean not worn down. Terrible service by the night front desk staff. They could not find our booking. We arrived later in the evening and waited for about two hours if not more for them to sort out our booking. Didn’t seem apologetic or even try to compensate for our wasted time. We were told a receipt would be ready in a few hours. We had work in the morning and went to bed around 2am. Location is not near anything useful by walking distance. Hotel room itself was nice
