Everything about the hotel is good. Especially the location. So many good eating and pampering places nearby. Room is also spacious. Comfortable and everything works. Just that it's old. But at this price point, can't complain. Will come back again

During all my stays at hotels in Bangkok, I have never felt anywhere as warm and welcoming as this place. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Thiti, a Front Desk staff member on the 8th floor, when I asked for directions. He answered my questions confidently and without hesitation, and recommended the best way for me to travel. At first, I was planning to take a taxi, but he kindly told me that the traffic was very heavy and suggested taking the MRT instead. Thanks to his recommendation, I arrived at my destination about 15 minutes faster. He also kindly helped me book a hotel in Pattaya. What impressed me even more was that, at the time, he was handling several other tasks and receiving phone calls, yet he was still able to manage his time and assist me professionally and efficiently. I truly appreciated how willing and attentive he was to help. Even on the day of my check-out, I saw him working the night shift. He asked me with genuine concern what time my flight was, whether I wanted to wait there because it was raining, whether I had an umbrella, and whether I had already booked a car. These may seem like small things, but his genuine care and thoughtfulness made a big impression on me. He made me feel truly welcomed and looked after throughout my stay. The breakfast had a great variety, and I had no problems with my room at all. I truly love this hotel, and if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Hard review to do. This is a great hotel in a perfect location close to restaurants, several very large malls and public transport. Facilities are great. Pool is top notch. Breakfast buffet is above average. Fitness center and sauna, steam room are spot on,clean and well maintained. But!! The room design in regards to light streaming in the rooms at night is terrible,extremely poor design in regard to the windows and curtains. The rooms are lit up light daylight from the large billboards and street lighting on Sukhumvit road. Also if you have some perverse need to watch your partner take a dump in toilet this would be perfect. There is no privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom, it's kinda weird. Must have been designed by a pervert. 😄 Such a shame that these very basic things make it untenable to stay there. Basically did not sleep for 6 nights.

If you're looking for a peaceful and sophisticated spot to unwind, this place is worth a visit. The restaurant features an elegant decor with an effortlessly comfortable and natural vibe, making you feel instantly relaxed upon walking in. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service—the staff here are incredibly warm, polite, and welcoming, which adds a lovely personal touch to the whole dining experience. I ordered a hot latte, which was very well-made and delightful. As for the food, while the presentation was rather simple, the flavor certainly made up for it—everything was quite delicious. Overall, if you want to enjoy a quiet, elegant afternoon in a serene environment, I highly recommend dropping by!

Sadly disappointing and didn’t seem to look like the pictures. We had to change rooms 2 times before one didn’t smell of smoke. The air con is very loud in our room. The privacy blinds for the bathroom are still translucent so there’s no toilet privacy. Shower is old fashioned inside a bath tub with a curtain, water pours onto the floor from the shower. Overall, needs a refurb.

Hands down, the best value for your money! and then some 😊 The location alone is worth writing home, we are talking a foodie's paradise and a shopaholic's dream, all within a leisurely stroll. Oh my goodness, the staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest smiles and these folks go above and beyond… they are cordial and super helpful. Story time: I ran into a bit of a hiccup with my booking dates. Not exactly the kind of surprise you want on a trip! But management handled the whole situation with such efficiency and professionalism that I walked away actually impressed. Crisis? What crisis? Sorted before I could even finish worrying about it. All things considered, choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made for this trip… and I would make it again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended.

S31 is my home away from home when I visit Bangkok. I visit it several times a year when I`m in the city on business and always have very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the Em District in the vicinity of three large malls and plenty of options for dining as well as entertainment. The BTS train station is only a few minutes away (and you can even get a shuttle from hotel there if you don`t care to walk in heat) for convenient connection to the rest of this beautiful city. The whole staff at the hotel is always very courteous and friendly and I would especially like to mention Athithiya, who is currently at the Glass House restaurant and always treated me with utmost kindness. The rooms offer a great value for price and I tend to stay in duplex room, which are very spacious and completely satisfactory. The gym is started to show some use, but enough to more than cover the basic needs. All in all, the fact that I have stayed at the hotel 6-7 times is the best reflection how comfortable and positive my experience with S31 has been.

When I arrived at this beautiful hotel at the start of soi 31 Sukhumvit, I was blown away by the size of this hotel and what kind of things it all offered for me, the ground and 8th floor reception did an really great job for me and I want to give a special thanks to mr. Charlie the night ground receptionist. Because I experienced an dangerous encounter with a female who i took to my room and i went downstairs to ask for help and Charlie did help me greatly and I wanted to thank him again for his effort and help. He deserve a good raise.
