Ok. For the price point and the location this hotel is excellent. Remember this is not a luxury hotel, therefore you need to have a certain level of expectation. First of all the location is unbeatable. With terminal 21 next door, and steps away from both the MRT and BTS trains, you have no shortages of transportation options. The room was clean, the decor appears to be modern, however it probably can use upgrading and renovation. By all means it is not bad, but this is not a five star hotel. This is a great place if you want modest and clean accommodations. And you plan to spend the bulk of your time away from your room exploring Bangkok. However if you want to just stay in your hotel room the bulk of the time then this might not be the place for you. For a comfortable decent hotel in spectacular location this place ticks all the boxes.

The hotel is in a very central location, which is convenient — but my room also came with a free “sleep-inside-a-nightclub” experience. The noise was extremely loud throughout the night, and by around 5 a.m. there was already a strong disco beat from downstairs. The beat was so powerful that the room seemed to vibrate with it. Great for people who enjoy cardio while lying in bed; not ideal for people who actually want to sleep. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. The staff member worked very hard — mainly to explain why it was not possible. I must say, their dedication to refusing my request was impressive. But thanks to that, I also received valuable training in persistence. After I kept asking politely but firmly, a room was finally arranged, and I managed to sleep for about two hours. To be fair, the housekeeping staff were very kind and sincere, and I appreciated their service. I had stayed at this hotel many years ago, but this visit was definitely more memorable. Overall, if you are sensitive to noise or value sleep, I would strongly recommend checking the room location before staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers fantastic value for money, with clean rooms and great amenities for the price. A special shout-out to the bellboy, Foke, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located near a red-light district, making nighttime walks around the hotel feel somewhat unsafe. However, the service was excellent, and we appreciated the welcome drink. We also liked that the room was spacious and conveniently located near the BTS train station. Beds and other facilities were rather comfortable to use. We did notice however that the silicon mat placed in the bathtub to prevent slippage looks worn and slightly dirty, hence we didn't use it. Overall no complaints for our stay.

We stayed here for four nights and experienced the friendliest staff from the moment we checked in until check out. Super comfortable bed, large room and cold AC. I recommend you get breakfast included in your booking, it was all delicious. Not buffet style, but plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant staff were also fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. We arranged a breakfast box for the morning of our departure as we had a very early flight. It was waiting for us a reception at 3:30am, and was delicious. The location is perfect, right in the middle if Asoke, close the MRT and BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall. We will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok. Thank you Sukhumvit Suites and staff.

This was a great hotel! It's located in the middle of everything but quite inside. The staff go far beyond what's expected and are super friendly. The room was clean and quite with comfortable bed. I like it so much I will probably stay here exclusively. Only down was the view but I didn't care so much it's only 6 floors.

The location was honestly one of the best among all the places I’ve stayed in Bangkok. There was an older gentleman at the entrance who left a strong impression on me ! his service was excellent. The hallway had a slightly damp, stuffy smell, but the hotel used a scent that smelled a lot like a nasal inhaler to cover up the humid odor. The room was spacious, but when I opened the window, I happened to be directly facing pedestrians on the skywalk. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

We had a very nice 1 night stay at Sukumvit Suits Hotel - CLEAN, GOOD COURTEOUS STAFF. We had a good dinner at their INDULGE restaurant. Their staff AKKAR gave us very good service & good Crab Dish & Thai curry rice. Check-in Check-out was easy & AC in our room 403 was very good. The only downside is traffic noise in our room. Will surely go back.
