I’ve stayed at several Best Western hotels across Japan so I had pretty solid expectations before going into this one in Bangkok, and my expectations were met! The room is clean, beds are comfy and the lay-out is great. It’s great for spending time with your family, snacking, watching TV, etc. The lights, sockets, AC and other amenities in the room are more than enough to make a delightful environment. The hotel also features a pretty reasonable gym, swimming pool and a restaurant which serves a breakfast buffet every morning. The service in the hotel is helpful too. Many things are complimentarily provided in the room by default, and you can also call the reception at any time of the day to stock up your room with more amenities for free/little charge. The environment outside is peaceful and clean. You have to walk around 5 minutes into an alley, and it feels safe. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby so it’s easy to shop around or call delivery. Having said that, I think some pointers for people to bear in mind are: the family room’s bathroom doesn’t come with a lock on it. So you’ll have to rely on your family to not bother you while you’re showering, etc. And some parts of the shower area are slightly worn/rusty, but it doesn’t hamper the experience at all. Everything is still safe, comfortable and usable as desired! In other words, I fully recommend this hotel, I have no complaints whatsoever!

Hotel located in the alley call Inthamara 3 if you walk from BTS Sapankwai take about 1.2 km From hotel to BTS st. hotel provides shuttle service. I request higher floor and quiet room but when I checkin staff gave me room on first floor. Big problem I found is toilet cleanness. The drain is clogged , when I open it to release the water I found the drain cover with hairs and so dirty. I see they build the toilet higher than the room floor and thus create the mole smell on the whole floor. Room size great but toilet tidy also if you traveling with friend would be very weird with the curtain covering the glass wall. Next day at 7am room next door turn on tv very loud I report to staff they reaction quickly also call me to apologize, this I need to give them a credit . Breakfast average menus but good for this prices, restaurant staff not very friendly only 2 people I saw. Disappointed with cleanness and mole smell so I won’t return to this hotel again.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and local attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was fresh each morning. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service in a pleasant and relaxing environment.

Had a wonderful stay in Bangkok! The hotel was clean, cozy, and very convenient. One thing we really loved was their complimentary tuk-tuk service going to the nearest MRT station — it made getting around the city so much easier and more enjoyable. The room was also very spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were kind, accommodating, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a day out exploring. The area was quiet, so we slept well every night, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, which was perfect for us. The location is also really convenient, especially with the Big C supermarket close by—we picked up snacks and daily essentials easily. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest BTS/MRT station, the hotel offers a free shuttle service every hour, which was a huge help and made getting around much easier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in the area!

Hotel is okayish. Not a great hospitality/service from the staff. When we reached the reception, we were not even greeted eventhough other guests were not there. There were two staffs(both ladies). Not even a smile I thought we went to a wrong reception and I had to ask them. Also I asked if laundry is included she told me yes but didnt mention it is chargeable. They too 1000THB for deposit and they deducted the laundry from that while checking out. One top was missing when they return the laundry but they had no idea even after telling them. They didnt do anything about it. I mentioned it again while checking out the male staff didnt say anything. No response/no apologies. Also they claimed that Chatuchak weekend market is about 900m away from the hotel which is a false information in Agoda app. Its almost 2kms away. Housekeeping staff were nice, they cleaned the room properly but overall our experience was not that great. I would not recommend

Had a wonderful stay at SureStay Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, close to the town and many attractions. Highly recommended!

Stayed for two nights here, love it! Although location is slightly remote, it is near the Saphan Khwai BTS station, leading into the city for about 47THB. Located in a housing neighborhood, this hotel gives off quiet homey vibes. Lobby is nice, great to chill at, with great nice staff. Complimentary drinks available at the lobby. Fitness center and swimming pool available, not the best but available. Rooms are great, spacious, with great bed and mattresses. Showers are rather small though. Tuktuk service to the BTS station is available every hour for an otherwise 20 minute walk. Great experience, would stay again!
