A very clean place with helpful staff. City center just a few minutes walk to bts station. Very recommended!! I encountered the upstairs making noise since 11pm to 3am, when i rang to the reception. They helped me change the room immediately. Thank you!!!

First of all, I got my period unexpectedly and didn’t realize it until the next morning, which resulted in blood getting on the bed sheets. The hotel immediately charged me 3,000 THB for what they described as a “special stain remover,” but then told me the sheets were damaged. When I asked to see the sheets, they brought them out from the back and placed them on the front desk in full view of everyone in the lobby. This was extremely embarrassing. The blood was still fresh, and it didn’t appear that they had even attempted to wash the sheets before deciding they were damaged and charging me. Menstrual accidents happen and are completely beyond a woman’s control. Instead of handling the situation professionally and discreetly, the staff made it a public and humiliating experience. If you’re a woman staying here, be aware that if you have an accident during your period, you may be charged a significant amount. I contacted Agoda, and after they spoke with the hotel, the charge was reduced from 3,000 THB to 2,000 THB. I’ve covered the blood and the staff’s faces for privacy, but the photo shows the sheets being displayed at the front desk in full view of everyone in the lobby.

I really enjoyed the location of Thaisun Hotel along the Phra Kranong stretch of Sukhumvit Road. Lots of local amenities and street vendors. And its proximity to the BTS Phra Kranong was really convenient as it was just a 350m walk away. The hotel accommodation was roomy and very comfortable. And the staff at the conceirge was friendly and very helpful. Just a feedback that the bathroom could have included more hooks and hangers for guests that are staying a little more than 2-3 days. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed.

Waking distance to hotel is a bit too far about 9 minutes walk from the near station. Nearby pub offers all day english breakfast with reasonable price. Coffee is so far the best . Hotel's room air conditioning maintain warm but not cold enough to be comfortable for resting and lobby of a warm but not hot temperature. Hotel price is reasonable in such setup. If you have another choice to choose in terms of enjoying a comfortable stay. Please take it ! Most of all, I was given the last room from away from the lift, disregarding my ealy request for not to do it.

Great hotel in a very convenient location! Being so close to the BTS Phra Khanong station was a huge plus. The hotel itself is well-maintained with comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is a bit quieter than central Sukhumvit but still has everything you need within walking distance. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers looking for quality at a reasonable price.

My partner and I had a really enjoyable stay here and would definitely consider coming back. The location is a huge win — the BTS is just a few minutes’ walk away, which made getting around the city so easy and stress-free. There’s also a 7-Eleven right nearby for those late-night snack runs, and plenty of great places to eat all within walking distance — perfect for when you just want to explore without having to travel far.The room itself was clean and tidy, which honestly makes such a difference. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day out together.Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re visiting as a couple and want a convenient, comfortable base to explore from. Great value for the location. Highly recommend! 🙌

Checked in, saw that the room was not that clean and that the bathroom is seethrough, and since i was with my mother i went to the reception and asked if i could have another one, and luckily they had another room where the bathroom was a normal one. In the new room there was no cold water, only scalding hot, and the maintenance guy couldnt really fix it, so he turned off the water heating, and this made the water only normal warm, which is okay. But i am not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms at all, i am not being picky, but there are stains everywhere,the walls are almost yellow and the bathrooms are not clean. You just dont feel clean in the room, If you understand what i mean. I also found a towel being dried on the outside of my window, dont know if this was from the guest before me or what 🫠. Also the beds are wobbly and not comfortable, they feel like a kids basinet, the one you can move around. And i dont know how no one thought of this but the shower head is mounted on a thing that doesnt point at you, so you literally have to take the shower head in 1 hand and wash yourself wirh the other, instead of just being able to tilt the shower head up and down, also no towel rack inside the bathroom. Where are you supposed to hang your towels? Or clothes that you took off?I also found a lot of tiny tiny ants that are almost invisible all around the room especially the walls. Woke up with my arm full of red fits/rash. Pest control is not good apparently. On our final night, we came back to the hotel at 8pm and the AC just stopped working, and they moved us again to another room, which was maintained even worse, and smelled like cigarette smoke, as well as one of the beds was broken, you could barely sleep on it. Also all Air conditioners in the room are full of dust and should be cleaned, and they are extremely loud aswell, even with the fan on the lowest option. Also a lot of mosquitos in the hotel rooms, i always woke up with bites on my arm.I also did not like the staff attitude, especially the one from the night shift, not friendly and passive.The improvements that need to be made are not even that difficult. Just deep clean the rooms once in a while, and bleach your beddings so they get white and paint the walls that are yellow, change the ugly cheap platic bins for metal ones (gives a more expensive look), in general the hotel needs quality maintenance. The lobby looks amazing though😅, now make the rest of the hotel like the lobby. Also the aisle on each floor is hot asf, why no AC? Overall 1/10, wouldnt come here again, i would rather spend a little more next time and enjoy my holidays more.Trust me on my review, and dont book here if you care about having a nice place to stay, if you are okay with anything then your welcome to stay in this hotel
