My husband and I stayed there for one night. Here is the breakdown: The night we spent there was our last on our honeymoon journey. While it doesn't mean the hotel needs to do anything extra, every other hotel we went to did a small gesture which was very appreciated. Also, we had 2 separat beds, we simply asked if they could be put together since everything else was booked, but that didn't happen either. Breakfast: Breakfast had a good variety: A noodles station, coffee machines, fruit, a European touch (eggs, toast, jams), and Thai options. A bit limited on dessert/pastry. Hospitality: The staff is very friendly. The cleaning people are the kindest people you'll meet. Shuttle service: They have a free shuttle that goes to and back from the airport every hour. It is a great plus. Keep in mind, they won't wait for you. We were 4 mins late to pickup time and almost missed it. We communicated our flight time and the delay via booking, but they said they won't be able to wait/adjust. So keep in mind that whenever you arrive, you will taking the next available shuttle. They come hourly. Amenities: Our room was big and had a balcony. The bathroom is big and has all the "extra" things you might need. Ex- Toothbrush, knitting kit, even a comb. The refrigerator has some snacks and drinks for an extra charge. They offer 2 complimentary bottles of water a day. While we didn't use the pool, it looked big and there were plenty of sun beds. Keep in mind, the pool is not shaded. They also had ongoing offers which you can see on the T.V, such as tea time, happy hour and so on. Location: A 7 minute walk from 7-11 (3 available within distance). About 10-15 minutes away from the airport, and right across a huge mall that offers food almost the same price as street food. Also, a street food market is right next to the mall which allows for an authentic experience. In addition, the mall has a "Super Rich" stand. For those who don't know, it is an exchange place wirh the best rates you can find in Thailand (keep in mind, they take a break between 12:00 - 13:00).

Very beautiful Hotel. We haf a 2 bedrohlich Suite and were extremely happy. Rooms are very clean and have Great amenities inucluding a closet with Automatic light, a very Good Kitchen, a Washing machine . The hotel has a really Beautiful Pool which is also very big and makes you feel like you’re out in nature and not in Bangkok near the airport. Another great thing is the big mall just across the street which is a perfect way to spend some time when laying over in Bangkok before traveling elsewhere. Plenty of restaurants and huge supermarket as well as loads of kid friendly stores and play areas in the mall. If we ever travel to Bangkok again and want to stay near the airport this will be our hotel of choice.

We arrived before 2pm check-in time and were greeted by y delightful Joy at reception.  She offered us a room straight away and was exceptional at explaining where things were in the hotel.  Our room was spotlessly clean and overlooked the pool which we enjoyed later in the day.  We had dinner at “Eat, Drink, Love”, which is part of the hotel.  Service there was good and the meals were delicious.  Our flight home to Sydney was delayed by 4 hours and again the hotel happily accommodated our changed  shuttle service (included in room fee) and luggage storage.  Breakfast was varied and very good.  We would love to stay there again!

If you have a long transit in Bangkok and want a hotel for 1 night, this is the perfect hotel for you, and I know what l’m saying. The hotel itself is very nice, quite & cozy, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the breakfast is great with various options and the location is a huge plus, just 12-14 minutes to the airport with free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and the opposite. Also there’s a lot of shopping centers, supermarkets and coffee shops within walking distance from the hotel

We chose The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi as our final stop because of its close proximity to the airport and it did not disappoint in that regard. It’s only about four minutes away, and they provided a complimentary airport transfer at 4 a.m. along with a thoughtful breakfast bag, which made our early departure seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the canal-side setting at the back. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing. The attached restaurant, Eat Drink Love, is a standout with stunning aesthetic and genuinely excellent food at very reasonable prices. There is also plenty of shopping within easy walking distance, which is very convenient. We stayed during Songkran and had a room facing the main road, which was quite noisy late into the night. In hindsight, a room facing the interior would likely have been much quieter. Overall, a very comfortable, well-located hotel with great service and amenities. Knowing what we know now, we would have happily stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at Park Nine Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help without being overbearing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and after a long day, it was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the little details in the room setup, which made the stay feel more premium. The location is very convenient, especially if you’re looking for something close to the airport without compromising on quality. Despite that, the hotel itself feels peaceful and relaxing.

Even though I didn't stay at the hotel, I came for the breakfast buffet—and it was absolutely fantastic! The international selection was impressive, with everything from freshly baked bread and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs to delicious Thai breakfast dishes, creamy yogurt, and fresh fruit. Every item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always serving with a genuine smile. I loved every minute of the experience and would happily come back. Outstanding quality and excellent value for money!

Stayed here twice on the way to and home from our Europe Holiday. Free shuttle to and from airport a nice bonus. Rooms are clean and comfortable, reasonably priced and staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was a nice, quiet place to enjoy a snack and a drink. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever need another stopover in Bangkok.
