Fantastic hotel on the Chao Phaya river a short 10 minute walk to ICONSIAM exceptional staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is in very good condition and the superior and deluxe rooms spacious and well appointed. Khun Nai in the restaurant was particularly helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend staying here for short or longer stays. We stayed on the North Wing in Riverview room 2215 and room 2212 which was largely equally as nice with partial river view / sunrise and pool view. The bar and pool are also very pleasant. We for 10% discount on 1 hour Thai massage at Lek massage on site. There is a minimart located in the centrum closes around 23:30pm. Thank you to all the staff and management team for their assistance.

Have stayed here 7 times and will keep coming back. The location is perfect for being quiet and green but yet close enough to Iconsiam and associated river crossing passenger ferry , the hotel grounds are always very quiet with birdsong from the many trees. The concierge staff are always very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic also, worth paying extra for! Edit after another stay (our 8th) Having returned to The Quarter as we normally do at the end of our Thai travels we were left wondering if we will return next time. We checked in to a room that was suffering some sort of damp issue. The room smelt terrible and the bedding felt physically damp. There were strange marks on the ceiling that appeared to be smoke staining next to the air con and along closer to the balcony, as if something had went on fire. I note another reviewer recently mentioned the same issue so perhaps the same room… When I spoke to the check in staff they simply asked me if I wanted to change room. There appeared to be no interest in what the issue actually was. This interaction reminded me that previously I have emailed the hotel twice and yet to receive a reply over a year later. As well as this it highlighted to me that the staff at check-in don’t seem to speak to you at all during your stay which is rare in Thailand, perhaps they are always busy all of the time? Concierge Max and Fohn continue to provide excellent service and deserve recognition from hotel management!

The room I booked was a pool asset room, a bedroom with direct pool access, located in building 3, 1st floor, next to the fitness center and sauna. There's a Lawson convenience store in building 1 and parking is available. It's conveniently located for walking to Icon Siam. The accommodation is right by the Chao Phraya River. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was good. I loved the location and would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We arrived early at the hotel, and the receptionist named Jack was very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived. Even though the rooms were still unavailable at first, he still tried his best to assist us. I even offered to pay for early check-in, but instead, he kindly looked for an available room and luckily managed to let us check in around 35 minutes before the official 2PM check-in time. We truly appreciated his effort and excellent customer service. The room itself was very nice, we loved the river and pool view, the cold air-conditioning, and the cozy atmosphere. The lobby was beautiful and relaxing, and the pool area was also lovely. My 13-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the pool and the slide, and we even had a fun night swimming experience during our stay. Breakfast was decent overall, with a mix of usual Western and Asian food selections. There were vegetables available which was good, and they also had a waffle corner although we were not able to try it. However, the pasta was a bit dry and not soft, and my daughter mentioned that the bacon was quite hard. The rest of the food was okay overall. I also had a small concern during breakfast one morning before 7:30AM before we went to the temple. I needed to work for a few minutes while my daughter was eating, so I politely requested a bigger 3- or 4-seater table instead of the small round table. Unfortunately, the female staff told me those tables were only for families. I understand that larger groups may be prioritized, but since there were still many vacant tables at that early hour, I felt a bit disappointed because my daughter and I are also a family even though we were only two people. Still, the rest of the experience was very pleasant. One night after returning from the night market, I went to the reception to buy water, but the receptionist kindly told me there was no need to pay and gave us two complimentary bottles instead, which was a thoughtful gesture. Housekeeping also cleaned the room properly, which we appreciated. On our second night, we accidentally overslept and woke up around 11:30AM. Since check-out time was 12 noon, the hotel kindly allowed us to extend until 12:30PM, which really helped us prepare comfortably before leaving. Thank you to Jack and the whole hotel team for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily come back again.

The room cleanliness is below average, my bathroom counter and bathroom sink is full with stains and you can see mold on bathroom walls and tiles, very old towels, thick dust on the headboard, printable goods like brochures in the room have stains from previous guest, floor is dirty, you can see it from the bottom of slippers turning black after walking around for a night. My room is smelly, you can smell the sewage the whole time. Not sure if it comes from the a/c vent or the fact that it doesn’t have a proper bathroom wall, but sliding ban doors instead. All I can say is the only good thing is location & big beds. The room is not soundproof at all. Nothing special here, you would get way nicer and cleaner hotel room if you pay a couple bucks more at nearby hotels, not worth the money here. If you are more serious about the cleanliness, here is not a good place.

In my 4 days trip in the hotel with the amazing facilities. Swimming Pool are very clean and wonderful. each night they arrange vacuum cleaning in the pool. And the gym and sauna are free. They offer towels next to the Gym and Swimming. So you don’t need to prepare by yourself. Just remember to bring your swimsuit and swimming goggles. And remember to try the foots massage at LeK which is inside the hotel. Show the room card to get 90% discount And there is a shortcut to the IconSiam. Exit / Enter required room key. If you take the shortcut. And cross the bridge, there is a river. And you may see the Lizard swimming.

Staying at The Quarter Chao Phraya by UHG felt very comfortable, with plenty of space and a layout that made the whole place feel easy to settle into. I liked having extra conveniences on site, especially the little supermarket and the wellness facilities, which made it feel more complete than a typical hotel stay. The room was a real highlight for me, and the view was a nice finishing touch.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and a good overall vibe. Its location is convenient, within a 10–15 minute walk from a major shopping mall. However, the service quality did not meet expectations. The front desk staff appeared distracted, often chatting and using their phones whenever no guests around them. We also experienced disappointment with a birthday request. My girlfriend had arranged a surprise for my birthday, expecting a small celebration or cake in the room. Unfortunately, the hotel only left a plate of banana cake and some fruit in the refrigerator, with no card or message acknowledging the occasion. While the property itself is nice, the overall service did not reflect a 4-star standard, and the price felt high compared to the experience. Travelers seeking a genuinely attentive and professional 4-star stay may want to consider other options.
