Check-in was smooth and easy. I arrived around 12 and was able to drop off my luggage and explore until the room was ready. Once I checked in, the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely cooled, which was a great relief. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The room also included a safe and a fridge, which were convenient. The location was a plus, with a 7-Eleven within walking distance—perfect for grabbing snacks at night. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay here again if needed.

Location is great, accessible to grab, 10-15 min walk to Pratunam Market, Centralworld and Siam Paragon where most of our Klook pick-ups location. There was an ongoing construction in the main road, causing traffic. There is also a train station couple of blocks away but was not able to try using it. 7/11 is on every other block. It is always clean, tidy and refilled everytime we come home after a long day of exploring. It is a bit old-fashioned but spacious and things you need like fridge, blower, toilet amenities and the work table. Easy check in and out, 24/7 front desk. Be aware that you will need a 1000 baht CASH deposit (I might have missed this info) which was unexpected because we check in the middle of the night and we only had 1500 from Forex in DMK which was a No-No. Anyhow we had great stay.

Not our first stay here nor our last. Well located inquiet soi a short walk to many large shopping centres, restaurants and markets. Rooms are well presented and clean. Staff are brilliant, going out of their way to help you. If your looking for quality and comfort at a realistic price you really can't go past this place. We strongly recommend it

Not our first stay here and won't be our last. Well located in quiet Soi, walking distance to several major shopping centres, restaurants and markets. Rooms are well presented and clean. Staff are brilliant going out of their way to help. If your looking for quality at a realistic price you can't go past this place.

Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bed had bed bugs, and I was bitten during the night, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective.The hotel itself is very old and run down, clearly lacking proper upkeep. I also encountered cockroaches in the room, which further confirmed the poor cleanliness standards.Most importantly, the actual condition of the hotel is completely different from the photos listed on Trip.com. The images are very misleading and do not reflect the real environment at all.Overall, this stay was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel is located near the BTS Ratchathewi station, with about 8 min walking distance which is considered comvenient. Nearby have some 7e stores, and it is nearby platimum mall, siam paragon, central world with walking distance within 10-mins which is a good selling points.The staff is friendly and helpful, deposits for rooms are needed and it just need a moment for room check while checking out the rooms. Facilities:The room is well equipped with fridge, bathtub, mirror, bottled water, and the air cond is good. They also able have luggae storage service.
