Old building and need totally refurbished otherwise it could only be a last choice. Location is excellent and is only reason to support the high price. Walking distance to bts. Lately became a safe haven for middle east rich families. Only the higher floors had good view. The west facing lower floors are bad.

Location is right in the middle of all embassies but at a quiet street. It gets a little heavy traffic during the jam hours to get here and there but LangSuan street itself is pretty quiet. It’s one of the most premium locations so be ready for luxury brands and open up your pockets. The hotel itself is underrated, very clean, very comfortable, large size studios, excellent amenities and friendly staff. Restaurant is much more reasonably priced than other places. The hotel is a mid tier and prices reflect that. Not ultra luxury or expensive, yet not cheap or economical. I think it’s just right for 1-2 weeks stay.

This should NEVER be rated as a 4 star hotel. Maybe a lodge or motel. This is more like a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. It’s big 2 bedroom with lounge and kitchen, but it’s filthy and the rooms are dated. After a 20 hour travel time to be greeted by this type of hotel was heartbreaking.. I would have rather have stayed at a hotel with smaller rooms but actually 4 or 5 star! There are so so many better hotels to stay at in Bangkok for the same price (and unfortunately I only learnt this after booking my stay and arriving in Bangkok). I paid peak rates and booked for a week, and when I requested to get a refund after the 2nd night and leave early as I was not happy with the hotel EVEN after changing my room, my request was denied! When requesting a better room, I was told they are at capacity, so I can’t understand why not refund me to go to another hotel, since this hotel was so “in demand and fully booked”. Sinks were cracked, rooms were stuffy, there’s no view except dirty unpainted buildings, aircons were loud, shower door couldn’t open without hitting toilets, bathrooms were gross and cramped. Bangkok is beautiful, the malls, the parks, the culture but this hotel was a complete disaster!! There’s no view unless you go up to the pool that isn’t heated and closes too early, doesn’t even allow drinks at the pool. Terrible hotel, such a misconception as being advertised as a 4 star graded hotel by Google and a 5 star by booking.com As for the breakfast, we tried it just one day and wouldn’t dare go back… If you looking for a budget type, low class hotel just to sleep then maybe this is for you.. Definitely will return to Bangkok but not a hotel that I will be returning to..

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby bts and shopping mall. The staff name: Meme were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

So. I've read some previous reviews. Im not sure what room they were in, Or even if its the same hotel. We just had 2 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. Room 810. A city view from room verandah and from pool deck. It was clean, smelt ok, the bathrooms were both neat. The bed linen ok, towels and house keeping daily. Free undercover parking. A pool on level 33. Great views, Its a bit sparce and no shade, but perfect for a late arvo swim swim and the kids loved it. The lobby has a cafe and beers available, although the coffee was 120bh which is expensive on currency conversion. The staff. They were perfect, The old gate keeper, Who I think works around the clock had a smile and a salute for everyone. Front desk also great. The room rates fair. Its not a five star Hotel, But either is the nightly rate. Its 900m from Central World mall, bars, restaurants, rooftop bars and attractions. Its a small walk to Lupini Park. Its 200baht in a cab or Tuk Tok to any number of places. If You want a great 2 bedroom option. Consider this hotel.

"Had a wonderful stay at Urbana Langsuan! The room was spacious and clean, the service was top-notch, and the location is super convenient. A special shout-out to June, who helped me with the check-in process smoothly, and Minnie, who was so sweet and assisted me with changing rooms. Truly amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel 5 times .. today i choose this rate: - wifi : 6/10 slow internet, high ping i cant play online games - reception: only one lady who was smiling. Others barely smile back. - location is really good - smart tv’s are good. - Overpriced, this hotel used to be normal prices but now i would repeat the stay sorry And the guy who holds the door in lobby i forgot his name he is really helping everyone with a smile

During our 6-night stay, our experience did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel, particularly in terms of housekeeping and service quality. We only requested housekeeping (“make up room”) 3 times throughout the stay. While the first session was satisfactory — the room was cleaned well, the floor was clean, and our clothes were even neatly folded — the subsequent experiences were disappointing. On the second occasion, my personal towel was hung on a door stopper, which is highly unhygienic. As a result, I had to wash my towel again before using it. Our clothes were also carelessly placed on the bedside table, and the floor did not appear to be properly cleaned. I raised this issue to a staff member in a blazer (whom I believe was a manager), and although he apologised, the issue did not seem to be properly addressed. During the third housekeeping session, we returned to find bedding left on the sofa, a used floor mat thrown into the shower area, and again, the floor was not properly cleaned. This was extremely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of attention to cleanliness and professionalism. I raised this again with a male receptionist, but there was no apology — he only requested to take a photo from my phone, which felt dismissive and lacking basic customer service. To be fair, the hotel did graciously extend a late check-out for us, which we appreciated. However, the communication between the reception staff was disorganised — a female receptionist had confirmed the arrangement with us, but when we checked again with a male receptionist, he mentioned there was no record of it and had to verify internally before calling us the night before to reconfirm. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not return to stay again, and for this price point, there are definitely better options available.
