The hotel occupies the higher floors of a building rather than the entire property, but this did not affect the overall experience. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh salad options, which I appreciated. The hotel also provides a gym with basic facilities and a swimming pool, both of which are convenient for a relaxing stay.The location is a strong advantage, with plenty of clothing shops nearby and only about a 10-minute walk to CentralWorld. Although the hotel is on a busy road, it is still easily accessible, and the short delay during peak traffic is manageable considering the convenience of the area.

Great location, great value, and wonderful staff! We had such a lovely stay at Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and definitely worth the price. The location is incredibly convenient — Pratunam Market is literally just outside, and there are also plenty of shops within the building itself. Platinum Mall, December’s, and Big C are all very close, so shopping and getting around was super easy. We booked 3 rooms, and I really appreciated that the hotel arranged for our rooms to be right beside each other. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also really good, and the welcome drinks were surprisingly delicious! There’s even a nice massage place in the hotel, which was a great bonus after a long day of shopping and exploring. Honestly, no complaints at all. For the price, location, cleanliness, and service, this hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re staying in Pratunam. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay at Dela Vhi Glow overall. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day. The hotel’s location remains a strong highlight, offering great convenience for getting around. The service staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which really enhanced the experience. I also appreciated the quality toiletries provided in the bathroom and the welcome drinks at the lobby. The food quality at the buffet breakfast is good, even though the spread could be wider. The highlight of the breakfast has got to be the wellness juices available daily. One area for improvement would be the air conditioning, which was quite cold even when set to 25–26°C with the lowest airflow.

Located right on Shibuya, which is great for early morning shopping. Easy lift access, though main lobby is not directly on 1st floor but rather on 7th floor, and you need to interchange to another lift to get to hotel room. I had a great stay here though. Room service, welcome drinks and restaurants are good. I am a bit confused as to why the rooms allow access to bathroom from wardrobe 🤣, very unique feature. I also wish there was a full-body mirror in hotel room. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I would recommend to family/friends.

Fantastic location and spacious rooms!Opposite Platinum Mall, surrounded by amazing food and endless shops, with McDonald's and Starbucks right on the ground floor. The room was very spacious with a huge bathroom perfect for couples. The bed was comfortable with mid-soft pillows. Loved the convenient massage place on level 6. Only minor downside is the elevator system (street to level 7 lobby, then a different elevator to rooms), many in and out. Will stay again.

We’ve stayed there a couple of times and always had a very good experience. Reasonable price. The service is excellent, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 5, including 2 kids. The bathroom is clean, large, and comes with a bathtub — which the kids absolutely loved! The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Will definitely come back again!
