This place wasn't that expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. It advertised as a 4 star hotel and has that look on the outside but its definitely not. The room we booked was old and dirty and looked like only spot cleaning was done. Its also next to a busy street with not much nearby thats notable. Luckily the staff were friendly and the front desk did speak English. That was refreshing. Probably wouldn't stay here again though.

I liked the hotel. Room service is available daily upon request. The only downside is the dust under the bed. Otherwise, it's excellent, quiet, and cozy.

Been to this hotel 5 times in 3 years and I will go back all the time .it's in a great place for peace and quiet .loads of food and booze shops around hotel .it's 600b during week but 800b on weekends.reception is 24 hour .and a 7.11 straight over the road .I have been put all over the hotel on different floors but march 26 we were on floor 8 .with great view. From UK me and Thai girlfriend.remember everybody is different in judgeing hotels but we love this one

Very terrible hotel, everything is old .i booked for few months because it's close to the hospital.during these days，the Ac was dirty and not cool ,we told the front desk many time ,they just ignore.finally the AC dropping water like crazy!!!! they send the security guy to clean who was not professional. he broke one of the cool pipe.then the Ac dropping ice!!! We want to change room .then the front desk manager women said we broke the AC need to pay ONE MONTH RENTAl FEE for couldn't rent out(a new Ac don't even need that much).She ask us to leave even i still not finish my booking!!!! !She is the skinny black hair pony tail woman with very bad attitude ask me money !! She is crazy and rude!!! The hotel is next garbage collection and 24 hours gas station.bad smell and noise.the people are very rude.!!!!!!!

We booked 3 nights 4 days with executive room (over 1,200 Baht through AGODA) which isn't allowed to add the pictures on the review page. I wondered how Agoda could have only a very good reviews over this hotel. Which isn't real, because I'm waiting to see my negative review over Agoda ( I'm Premium member on Agoda platform) Come to the point: the bathroom wasn't clean or without cleaning on the day we checked in. We were late back to the hotel and didn't get any showers on our first day. Well,we realized it on the next day while we showered. We complained later and it was cleaning on day 2. On day 3, by the evening while we showered,we found out that morning of day3, the mate didn't clean the bathroom again, because I washed my hairs and the hairs was still there.( Look at the pictures) Another weird of the executive room was the water pipe at the sink was jumping out while I opened the water which without the handle. By the end of our stayed,I told this to the reception, they were just we can change the new room for you. Think about you knew the problems by the morning while you showered on day 2,day 3. How many rooms I have to change during my staying 3 nights here when the mate is always the same person. You also have to tell the reception if you like to clean the room BEFORE 12:00. That wasn't nice and deserve to 5 stars and full of good reviews only. This keep me learning that the review over Agoda can't trust.

The hotel is near tropical safari and marina world, biggest plus point as you can leave early to visit these places. Serves the objective well for that price. Receptionist named "Hathya" is extremely sweet and very helpful. Not very noisy. Some grocery stores are nearby so that is also a good thing.

The customer service here and hotel courtesy absolutely SUCKS. I arrived here at 8:30AM on Saturday from Chiang Mai. I sought a room for 3 nights. Google indicated the rate was between 545 and 650, but on the weekends they up charge to 800 per night. Asked them to show me the room before I booked and based on the reviews it seems rooms on the 6th floor and up were in decent condition. A staffer gave me a tour and it looked in appropriate condition, so I went on Agoda to get a better deal and saved about 300. At 10, I informed them I have a reservation and even though check in is officially at 2PM, since my room was already prepared (they literally had my name on a piece of paper wrapped around the key to the room they just showed me) could I just check in now? They said I would have to pay 600. This is a full day’s rate for four hours. I told them that made no sense and plenty of hotels allow early check in, the time is usually just a formality for housekeeping to be able to prepare the rooms, but mine is done already. They wouldn’t budge. I came back at 12:45PM and asked again. They asked for 200 for two hours. I said there’s only 1 hour and 15 minutes left until check in not two hours, why would you charge for that. Just unbelievable lack of courtesy at this place. They have people waiting in the lobby with their bags for similar reasons. It’s ridiculous.

I'm a backpacker and I've stayed in all sorts of old accommodations. I can accept old rooms and noisy air conditioners, but the sheets had clearly not been changed. Freshly washed sheets were already wrinkled and filthy, and the pillows were even covered in mold. The bathroom also had a lot of signs of use and felt uncleaned. The room had a strong damp smell. I've stayed in at least 300 hostels and have never had an experience like this. It was shocking. I left without even getting a nap.
