We chose the hotel as it is located 8 to 10 minutes on foot to the Hua Mak Airport Rail Link station (but note it includes having to cross a railway line). It also has easy access to the raised walkway to Yellow line (a suburban line). Travel time to the airport (trains approx every 15 mins) is about 15-18 mins, and up to 20 mins to the end of the line to take you to the city centre. The hotel has a pleasant decor and lovely reception area. There is a top floor dip pool with a small covered seating area. The breakfast was good, with a wide range of foods (halal) catering for all international visitors. The room we had showed signs of poor maintenance, especially in the bathroom - e.g. the shower door magnetic closure was missing so would not close and water eacaped, and bits of sealant missing in multiple places around the door made it look tatty and unloved. The floor in our room needed a good clean - if you walked around without slippers your feet got dirty. The lighting was poor. But the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated having a kettle and fridge. The hotel offered very good value for the deal we got (approx £35 a night incl. breakfast) and the location on the Airport line was good. Best for a one or two night stay when in transit.

Positives:|-Nice and friendly staff.|-Spacious room.|-Rooms are clean and decorated with a modern touch.|-Strategic location by Hua Mak Airport Link Station and Hua Mak MRT Station.|-Room has fridge, safe and coffee station. Negatives:|-Room doors are paper thin, you can hear people in the hallways, doors closing etc. |-Not always hot water available.|-Uncomfortable mattress.|-WIFI works slow. Wifi was out multiple days.|-Treadmills in gym were not working. A mid range hotel such as this shouldn’t have WIFI issues or hot water issues. |Overall, it’s a nice hotel that could be better with some minor improvements.|I would stay there again.

The room itself was quite nice and comfortable. Location-wise, it is close to the MRT Yellow Line, which was convenient. However, please note that it's a bit far from the ARL (Airport Rail Link). There is a 1,000 THB cash deposit required at check-in. Also, the check-out process took longer than expected, so I’d recommend leaving a bit of extra time if you're headed to the airport.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is right in the heart of the city and incredibly convenient, as it is connected to both the Airport Rail Link and the Yellow Line train. This made traveling around the city and to the airport so easy. The staff were lovely and very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised and touched when the hotel upgraded me to their best room, it was beautiful and very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of options. Thank you for the high level of service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable stay! The bed was great and the pillow had the perfect softness — we slept really well. We chose this hotel because it’s on the metro line from the airport, and the station is only a 5-minute walk away. The only small thing: the shower has a window (not my favorite), but there is a curtain for privacy. If you want to be closer to the city center, choose a more central location. Otherwise, this hotel is a great choice for convenience and comfort. Breakfast is amazing!

I haven’t stayed yet but so far the hotel has some strange cancellation policies when I asked about modifying my reservation (more than a month before arrival). Upon confirming the booking it says that if you cancel the reservation you get charged one night but if it’s a no show they charge the full stay. When I emailed them- they said if cancelled I would get charged one night but wouldn’t get refunded the remainder. Instead it is issued as a sort of credit for future stays which is very odd, not to mention inconvenient since I very rarely visit Thailand and am only going for a wedding. I wouldn’t re-book based on this policy alone but will update my full review after the full experience.

I was so frustrated that I had to wake up at 2.30 am because it was so hot due to the broken air conditioner and many disappointed from this hotel I checked in at 10:30 pm and already felt uncomfortable. From the moment I parked, no one helped, even though the parking lot was very small. The reception staff had no service mind; I booked a room with a large bed, but the staff said I would get twin beds. I said okay, no problem. Then I asked if they had already connected the beds as other hotels usually did, and the answer was, "You can push the beds together yourself. If you want a large bed, you have to pay an extra 300 baht." My girlfriend had to go ask again if someone could help us. We had to carry our own belongings to the room. The room looked nice until I saw the shower door couldn't be closed completely, so I had to be careful not to get water splashing on dry area while showering. There was a loud noise while I was showering, like a drill and the water hot like boiling water even though I had adjusted it to cold water. I didn't go to sleep until after midnight. The air conditioner seemed to be working fine, but it wasn't very cool even on the highest setting. I was sleepy enough to fall asleep, but I woke up in the middle of the night at almost 3 am because I was hot and couldn't breathe properly due to the non-functioning air conditioner. When I called down, the staff said they would check the air conditioner and called back about 3 minutes later to say we had to change rooms. They told us to leave our belongings in this room‼️ and sleep in another room which make me think of Scammer ( sorry to think abt that) I was worried about my valuables stuffs, so I groggily gathered my belongings. About 5 minutes later, a hotel’s staff brought me a key card and we had to move to another floor. Luckily, we had already packed our valuables. Feeling uneasy, I took all my things with me. The new room was in better condition, but the air conditioning didn't cool down until 3:30 AM. It was a very frustrating sleep. During check-out, the hotel didn't compensate us with anything other than the 15% food discount coupon we had already received the night before.
