Great location, walkable to Hells of Beppu. Cool view of hotspring steaming in the distance. Buffet dinner was the best buffet we’ve had! Oita beef was extraordinary and cooked to perfection. All the other dishes were of high quality as well. Buffet comes with free flow alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good too! Great amenities, with free flow beverage machine. Shuttle service available to and fro Beppu station. Onsen was good too! Spacious and comfortable room. Would definitely return again. Staffs were friendly and helpful and speaks good english.

Hoi T! I promised to write so here I am. I could nitpick a bunch of stuff on this place, lack lustre buffet, questionable hygiene at onsen lavatory and changing room floor, onsen water quality, list goes on. Despite all that, Hoi T’s hospitable smile and effort to greet us, guide me at buffet makes all the difference on my impression of the hotel. Yes, it is a hotel afterall, service matters and luckily Hoi T made sure it is delivered! Thank you for your help, your gratitude will not go unnoticed!

This place is between Beppu Ropeway and Hells of Beppu, so plan your route properly, if not you will end up going up and down the mountains numerous times. The hotel has a coin laundry, which is helpful for travellers who need frequent clothes washing. It might seem a bit pricey to include dinner, but please include it. It was a buffet feast with lots of selection, such as snow crab, Oita wagyu beef. Service at the restaurant was superb. It's next to a convenience store and there's free parking for hotel guests.

The room and dinner buffet was nice. And also the private onsen was also good. Overall Togetsu is not that bad option as hotel. But when it comes with the quality of public onsen, maybe Togetsu will not be the good choice in beppu. The condition of onsen itself and the dressing room was not good. Wasn’t tidy.

Hotel staff walked to parking lot to help getting my luggages. Room is omfortably large with breath taking sea view. So far, it's first hotel equipped with a universal power socket. Bathroom is clean and neat.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful place! Wish the only person who knows this place is me in this world. Exquisite dish and magnificent room condition. The staff were incredibly sweet and helping. We were also very excited about the child meal, clothes, and even slippers... my god. Definitely will go to Beppu just to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much everyone for having us!

"Modern Japanese Hotel with Excellent Wagyu Buffet and Stunning Views" I had a fantastic stay at this modern Japanese hotel, especially thanks to the incredible dinner experience. The wagyu buffet was absolutely outstanding – the selection was superb, and the quality of the meat was some of the best I've had. It was a true highlight of my visit. The hotel room itself was impressive, featuring high-quality finishes that added to the overall comfort and style. I also loved the view from the window – you can see the nearby coastal city (Oita), which made for a stunning backdrop, especially at sunset. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious experience with amazing food and great views.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and speak excellent English. The highlight is definitely the dinner buffet, with outstanding seafood and steak, and unlimited alcoholic beverages. The family bath is clean and comfortable, though it's a pity that the windows cannot be opened. The water temperature feels a bit too high during the summer. It's a hotel worth visiting again.
