Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a super bad experience, unfortunately. First room smelled like plastic (have hyperosmia - a heightened sense of smell), second room (that was larger) that was courteously provided had the same issue, although a bit less. Both in the main building. The madame at the reception desk was friendly, although struggling very much with her German - thus wrote my invoice completely wrong too. English wasn't an option either. The second room I got as a free upgrade was for handicapped people, and an alarm sounded in the morning where I had to get up and figure out how to turn it off. Payed 10 € for the Internet upgrade too, still wasn't able to stream, and Apple TV didn't let me access my library because of weird network settings. Parking is super tight, be ware. Also, no lifts to get to reception from the upper or lower parking deck. You have to walk through a tight, smelly staircase and go through heavy doors that could kill an infant if they fall closed shut on them - because of the sheer force they close with. Would not recommend. Should have spent more for better quality.

Extremely disappointing experience with NH Berlin Kurfürstendamm. I attempted to make a reservation through the hotel’s website, but the booking page showed an error. Despite this, my credit card was charged twice for USD 429.27 (USD 858 in total). After this happened, I contacted the hotel several times by phone and sent multiple emails asking for assistance and clarification, but I received no proper response or follow-up. For an international hotel chain, this level of customer service is unacceptable. A guest should not have to repeatedly chase a hotel after being charged without receiving a reservation confirmation. The lack of communication, the absence of support, and the failure to provide a clear written explanation were extremely frustrating. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in NH Hotels. Technical problems in their website are not acceptable, but how a company handles those problems shows its commitment to customers. Unfortunately, in this case, the service and communication were far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Very good location - 3 minutes till S-Bahn Charlottenburg, 10 minutes till KuDamm, a lot of cafes near station. Room is very big and good- there´s kettle, caffe machine and fridge, in the lobby there´s small 24/7 shop with drinnks and snacks. On the ground floor there is also nice restaurant. Reception is 24/7. The only thing which I didn´t like- they block deposit in amount of 75 Euro on the day of arrival - it´s quite strange and it also wasn´t explained properly on reception- I should have written to their email to understand, what is going on.

The hotel itself was decent, and the staff were friendly. The biggest disappointment was the online check-in. It lets you choose your room in advance, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available. Instead of the 4th-floor room in the main building that I selected, I was given a ground-floor room in the second building with a terrible view. It felt more like a basement, with people and cars passing right outside the window. To make matters worse, the entrance to the second building is through the parking garage, which made the experience even more disappointing.

The hotel was nice overall, but it often smelled strongly of cannabis. I understand it’s legal, but the area between the buildings seemed to attract a lot of smokers, and the smell drifted throughout much of the property.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel, but each time we have the opportunity to admire the caring attitude of the hotel staff, enjoy the peaceful evenings filled with piano music and the comfort of a German stay 🫶🫶|Thank you, so much Dear friends, for your dedication❤️|You have truly managed to create a wonderful corner, which seems to have become "Our Home" in Berlin 😘🇩🇪 .|We will be back. Well-located hotel close to mass transit, with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient 24-hour kiosk downstairs. Friendly bald desk clerk. Chilled fruit water in the lobby. Only negative was that the gym opens at 8am, which really doesn't suit us fitness types. There's a sign on the gym saying you can ask at the front desk for the gym to be opened earlier, but when we tried we were told "that is not possible" in a very German way. Generally nice neighborhood, especially the Kurfurstendamm side. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, luxury shopping. We would happily stay here again.
