Du kan tilføje det på en professionel måde sådan her: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. After an 8-hour drive, we were neither offered a welcome drink nor even asked if we would like something to drink during check-in. After such a long journey, this would have been a thoughtful gesture. The check-in staff came across as cold and unwelcoming. We did not feel genuinely welcomed, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. We were assigned a family room located at the far end of the hotel. Reaching the room required taking two different elevators, which was very inconvenient, especially when travelling with children and luggage. In addition, there was mold in several corners of the bathroom, which was very disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. The only real highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food and was excellent. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience. There are several areas where the hotel could improve to better meet the standards expected of a 5-star property.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms we're great. The bed sheets we're a bit small but it was still great. Both the breakfast and the pool was exceptional. The breakfast offered a vast variety of food and unlike other hotels they had fried eggs. The kind staff even offered to make our coffees for us. The pool was really big and the sauna was also great. The only downsides we're that the gym only had dumbbells up to ten and they were lacking in machines. The pool was also only open until 9pm but the overall experience was amazing. It was also really close to the Berlin Zoo which was one of the reasons why we picked this hotel.

Great location! Reception staff so helpful and polite!! As were bar staff/evening staff. Breakfast was over priced and over cooked! Whilst it provided lots of options, the food was cold, and not edible! So ended up paying €35 for a few pieces of fruits. Breakfast staff didn’t greet me or my sister once, yet greated everyone else! Working in hospitality you become more aware of these things so I wasn’t impressed. Overall experience for breakfast was poor. Hotel pool was quite cold and out dated. Tiles could do with a clean. Hotel room had a funny smell to it which I think was the air conditioning! Maybe can’t be avoided but wasn’t pleasant.

Location is very practical. Breakfast is good. Lobby is nice. And that is all of the positives. Rooms and hallways are screaming for renovation. Worn out beds, moldy showers and particular smells despite rooms being cleaned every day. Spa is mostly broken down. Showers not working, steam bath not working, even water fountain not working. Silent period from 5 pm to 9 pm is not monitored by staff present at the pool. So you have kids and adults screaming, talking loudly, jumping into pool. Going into saunas that are textile free zone fully dressed and with their slippers on. I even asked attending staff if the silent period is still a thing and why it is so loud - answer was - what do you want me to do, ask everyone to stop? So, if you plan to stay for one night, should be ok. But overpriced and definitely not the star rating that they market themselves. Very sad for Pullman brand.

My friend and I had a great stay at Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof while attending an event nearby. The location is excellent, within walking distance of buses, the underground, and city trains, which made getting around very easy. Despite being in the city center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated as a light sleeper. The online check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and starting the day with a morning swim was perfect. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room. One small detail that really stood out was the amazing scent in the lobby, it created such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

Staying In Pullman Berlin was very enjoyable. Good rooms and superb breakfast. Its location has an easy access to public transportation like the bus. You just have to walk a few meters to the nearest bus top or cross the street to have access to the buses. You can buy a ticket for the bus/trains for allday use or even for several day use. You can easily go to Alexanderplatz for shopping and other activities. you can also visit the Summer palace in Potsdam, known as "Sanssouci Palace".

The location suits me, but everything else was much better in previous years . We were not offered an upgrade.((yes, we know it's subject to availability). The mini bar in the rooms was completely empty.It seems to me that as a diamond member I have soft drinks free of charge, or was it in other hotels. It's a good thing that the staff is still very friendly and that's one of the reasons we return to that hotel year after year.

I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the Pullman Berlin hotel. As someone who is quite particular—almost obsessive—about hygiene, I can confidently say that the standards here exceeded my expectations. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was impeccably maintained and consistently spotless. It gave me a real sense of comfort and peace of mind throughout my stay. I truly loved how much attention was given to cleanliness, and it made my overall experience at the hotel even more enjoyable.
