This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Braga. We got a spacious room overlooking the square or praça. Comfortable bed, everything super clean and bonus points for the bidet in the bathroom! The daily breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options. Best thing is the service. The front desk gave us really good tips on sightseeing and places to eat. Stated for two nights - March 20 and 21, 2026.

We stayed for 2 nights in early June. We chose the hotel because of its location, and were not disappointed: everything in Braga was within easy walking distance, yet the hotel itself was very quiet. |Our room was a reasonable size. A little old fashioned maybe, but everything we needed was there. The bed was comfortable, there was enough wardrobe space, and the bathroom was ok. |Breakfast was a good continental buffet, and more than sufficient for our needs. |As others have already mentioned, Beatriz at reception was super helpful, always ready with good advice about restaurants, buses, sights etc. |A lovely, very central hotel for a short stay.

Comfortable clean rooms. Friendly staff, obliging service. Simple breakfast with bread/rolls, scrambled eggs, fruits, yogurt, cheeses, meats, jams, butter etc. decent cappucinos from a machine. Best thing is the location...right on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Walk to everything in Braga. But even when there is commotion outside it is quiet in the rooms. Rooms are on the small side but fine.

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel is well located and convenient. The front desk was very helpful when we checked in, with a map and recommendations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything we used in room worked. I would highly recommend this hotel on a visit to Braga. The town is interesting and definitely worth visiting.

Very good hotel. Although only 3* we found the location very good, within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés and bars. The hotel itself was very clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was also very good. Breakfast was fine with a choice of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts, meats and cheese, confiture, teas, juices and coffees. The hotel bar was very good with reasonably priced drinks, cheaper than some of the bars in the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were very helpful! The room was large, bathroom bigger than mine at home. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Awesome "coffee machine". Cappuccino with a shot of espresso!! Fresh fruit - 🍊🍍🍐- cut up. Also 🍌🥝|Scrambled eggs that were tasty. Choice of breads, cheese, yogurt. |Walking distance to downtown and most of the sites.|Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there anytime I'm in Braga

Location is very central for sightseeing and trips to neighbouring cities and destinations. Small hotel, we had a four bed room. You can hear some traffic but it's worth it for the central location. The whole place is simple but clean and in good state. Very friendly staff, the breakfast buffet offers enough variety for a good morning start. Consider Dona Sofia when staying in Braga.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was ok despite plastic mattress cover which made us too hot. No tea tray in room but this was provided at a cost of €5 per day reducing in price after two days. Walking distance to most sites. Breakfast room was very bright and inviting with tablecloths and linen napkins. Small continental breakfast choices. Most staff friendly and helpful although the old lady on reception often had to call for Beatrice to assist with simple tasks.
