Very convenient and it was only 7mins walk from Flixbus station. Hotel is very comfortable and accessible to almost everywhere. Most importantly, the area is quiet and safe. Only 5 mins away from Jardim de Santa Barbara.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. We had ants in the room but they changed it immediately after we told them about it.

Good location - easy to walk around old city pedestrian areas - room quiet - your own balcony on upper level rooms - breakfast is very good on connected restaurant

I don't recall having as many different issues with a room. The TV remote would not turn off the TV, so it had to be replaced. There was no discernible on/off button on the TV. The heating did not seem to work in fairly cold weather (around 8° C). When we managed to get it working, we could get the air going. So the reception gave us an extra key to place in the slot so the heat would not turn off. Both the refrigerator and the safe power were disconnected. The room phone did not work. The reception person could not get it working. There was no technical support available over the weekend to fix it. The bathroom is quite small. We had a Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, so you have to lug your suitcase there. Parking is remote in a nearby Shopping Center. Be sure to get the address from the hotel, as they will validate it. The beds are large and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate. Not great, as the serving area does not have much room for many items. This was our anniversary pay, and I paid for the package. However, they forgot to put the sparkling wine in the room.

First, the location can't be beat, and the rooms are comfy. But more importantly, the staff is just wonderful. They went above and beyond in helping me when I had a problem. In addition, I lost an item and they found it where I had accidently dropped it. Through it all, they were very kind and understanding. Just a great hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location. Very centrally located, steps to anywhere in the historical district. Attentive service, extremely clean and well-designed room (booked ‘executive room’) and the breakfast was tasty and varied. Stayed at this hotel once before, this visit we stayed just one night, and we would gladly come back and stay again the next time visiting Braga.

great room and location, staff was amazing, only issue was the toilet was smashed between the sink and the toilet, have never felt claustrophobic going to the bathroom.
