Stayed with family for 4 nights Check in was smooth Room: stains on walls, curtains Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was tiny, just enough for a coffee and small breakfast. Glad they still provided a dish washer Service: minimum contact, but all professional and fast Location: 5min walk from midi. That’s convenient. We were there in summer hence felt somewhat safe to come back at 1030pm though it still gives you the vibe of a shady neighbourhood. Do not visit the closest Lidl to this place. You will be up for a nightmare. Shop at the station or elsewhere.

Overall my stay was okay but could’ve been cleaner (see photos) and for stays over 3 nights they should really restock toilet paper, towels and take out the trash without you having to ask. I stayed 5 nights and when I asked for a new roll of toilet paper they gave me a half used roll… The coffee maker was a pro since a lot of hotels don’t seem to have them anymore. I was glad to have it. It was quiet except on the last day. Someone kept letting their door slam close no less than 10 times between 5:30-6:30 AM and kept waking me up. They have one washer and dryer and it’s convenient but there is a laundromat 2 mins away that is cheaper. The location is away from the main sights but it’s close to the train station and metro. It’s also got a grocery store just downstairs which is nice. Quiet street. Shower stayed hot. The room had some basic maintenance things that need fixing and a few clean. For example the top lock is broken and that’s a super easy fix but they’ve just left it broken.

Rooms are well lit and have natural light as well, spacious for 2 people and clean. The breakfast had good spread with few new things chancing daily also you can make your own waffle. The location was good to take day trips

Disappointing stay overall, though not all staff were the issue. After a difficult night caring for a sick child, we arrived at breakfast just a minute or two after the 10:30 closing time and were refused service, despite food still being available and on display, and told to leave with hungry toddlers in cold weather. There was no empathy from the morning shift staff member. In contrast, the evening staff member was kind and accommodating. Due to the inconsistent hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children.

Everything was great. The hotel is very close to the train station and also to the metro and tram. We stayed only one night, and since they allowed us to check in early, we were able to rest and enjoy our trip to Brussels. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed, such as a coffee machine, kettle, etc. If we come again, we would definitely choose this place. Thank you.

This hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent care, and complete assistance and helpful advice. The rooms are equipped with cooking facilities, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and There are washing machines and dryers available on the ground. Highlights of the location it's close to the Eurostar station. Even the area at night might be a little scary because there are homeless people around, so it's not ideal for traveling alone. It shouldn't be a problem if you're traveling as a couple. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very well equipped and spacious room! The hotel is cute and cozy! The staff was very kind and helpful! The location is convenient but at night it can get unsettling because it is very close to Gare du Midi.

I stayed there during a business trip and everything was okay for me. I gave just 4 stars due to minor things that could have been better. Nevertheless, I would book again and I already recommend the hotel to colleagues. ROOM: For me, all demands were fulfilled. I liked the design, it was clean, I was able to do office work in the room, I had good WiFi connection, and the bed was comfortable. There was a small kitchen (including fridge, dishwasher, some crockery, cooking top) in the room but I didn't use/need it. There were enough hangers in the cabinet, a coffee maker, and the bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer. I rated the room only with 4 stars because some lights and the shower did not work properly. In my mind a minor thing that can/will be fixed easily. BREAKFAST: I enjoyed the breakfast and the buffet offered a good choice. Coffee was good. Nothing to complain. SERVICE: Everyone was very friendly. I rated the service only with 4 stars since there was no room service during the day and because I had to wait long outside when I arrived in the evening (I rang the doorbell 5 times). Maybe it was just an exception but it happened with me. Nevertheless, I would book again this hotel. LOCATION: I liked the location since the hotel is close to Bruxelles-Midi an close to "The Egg". Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants and small shops were around. My CONCLUSION: In my opinion a good hotel for a business trip. I would book again and I recommend it already to co-workers.
