Le Louise Hotel Brussels is a very comfortable, nice, and peaceful hotel. I stayed here alone for a business conference and found the property remarkably quiet with great views of the street below. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the room service was excellent. A quick tip for international travelers: remember that standard plugs might differ here. However, the reception desk is incredibly helpful and provides socket adapters if you ask, so charging your laptop and other devices is seamless. The buffet is very decent and offers a great variety, featuring pastries, smoothies, fruit juices, and warm options like fried foods. You can even request eggs made to order exactly how you want them. The only minor drawback was a mix-up regarding checkout times. Even though I was a solo traveler, I was part of a larger group of colleagues, and the team seemed to have some internal communication wires crossed regarding our later checkout. Improved internal staff communication would make the experience perfect. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

We stayed here with our 7 mo old infant for three days. We were so happy with our room and amenities. They also provided us with a free cot fr the baby. The reception staff (especially the night staff on Aug 18,19) were very friendly and welcoming. Had read some negative reviews about house keeping staff , but we had a nice experience with them. Always greeted us with a smile. However we had a bad experience at the dining. The prices on the menu are quite misleading. We had a very light breakfast (one egg Benedict and one egg florentine), but were charged the buffet price on both days, which cost us 150 euros. We did not have anything else, neither we were told we would be paying the price of the buffet. We felt we were unreasonably overcharged for what we had even for the standards of a 5 star hotel . It felt like a hidden charge trap.

Le Louise Hotel Brussels is located in the upscale Avenue Louise / Toison d'Or shopping district. We arrived at the hotel after taking the Flibco and the metro from CRL airport. All the luxury shops like LV, Chanel, Hermes etc … are across the street from the hotel and Grand Place is about a 15 minutes walk away. The room is a nice size one with modern ultra clean bathroom with L’Occitane products. Breakfast has a good spread with a variety of hot dishes and pastries. The only area we feel needing improvement is the dinner menu. We have Chase Reserve card and it comes with $100 dining credit so we want to take advantage of it. My husband ordered the rib-eye steak while I had the hamburger with fried & salad. Both were overcooked! The rib-eye was not of high quality cut! |Our conclusion: nice MGallery quality hotel with good breakfast but don’t eat there for dinner unless you want to put your $100 dining credit to use! Btw, we ran into The Emirates flight crew during our stay. Typically, top airlines only put their flight crew in solid hotels!

Very nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Plenty of impressive welcome gifts and high end touches. My key card had issues three different times during my stay. It was quickly fixed each time at the front desk, but this seems like the most basic of things to make sure is right for anyone's stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was not great. Would stay again despite the issues.

Great hotel with lovely outdoor terrace to relax and have a snack or drink. Kind and helpful staff. Wonderful welcome tokens in the room. Room was spacious. Location as walkable to various sites. Waffles in cafe in the afternoon are delicious! Only downfall was Saturday night the street outside the hotel is loud. People, cars, motorcycles.

Exceptional Service and True Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in July, and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. I arrived after hours of travel, feeling completely famished, yet I had immediate work to attend to. The staff was incredibly accommodating, kindly bringing a table to my room so I could get set up, and room service provided a delicious, well-timed meal that was exactly what I needed to power through the afternoon. What truly sets a hotel apart is not just the service when things go perfectly, but how they resolve misunderstandings when they arise. There was a slight issue regarding my gluten-free breakfast, which was handled admirably and with great care by the director. It is rare to see such proactive and kind management, and it really made a difference in my stay. The room itself was comfortable and perfectly suited for a productive stay, as seen in my visit. I am very much looking forward to returning in August—assuming I can manage to secure a room! I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place where the staff truly cares about their guests.

Great location and a really wonderful place to stay especially if you can an international traveller. Very close to all the tourist points and multiple walking options for dinner/lunch. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. There is a great outdoor /rooftop place for enjoying a quient evening. Highly recommend this place

We had an enjoyable 6 nights here and would happily stay again. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean - and importantly for summer, had excellent aircon. The location is pretty good - nearby the metro, trams, and the major shopping district. The centre (Grand Place) is about 20 mins walk - beware it’s a bit of a hill coming back! The weakest point was breakfast - some parts were amazing (eggs, orange juice) but the coffee was rubbish and the range wasn’t huge - eg no milk alternatives. This used to be a 5-star Sofitel, and now it’s been downgraded to an MGallery. You can see why - it’s not big or posh, but for a 4-star hotel it’s great.
