This riad is a small jewel in Chefchaouen. It has been recently renovated, so all previous reviews don’t give justice to it. Mustafa, the owner, is a young, passionate, polite and caring host. The rooms are renovated with beautiful Moroccan decorations, the bed linen and towels are brand new and soft. There is a little fridge in the rooms and shampoo and shower gel is offered in the shower. The breakfast was the most beautiful and tasty surprise of our stay. It was served in the terrace which has an amazing view and decoration. The variety and taste of the local and freshly cooked products of the breakfast was overwhelming good. Lastly, the riad is in the middle of the little streets, very close to the square but still very quiet and relaxing.

Stayed here for our first night in Morocco and absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was super cute. Room was cozy. Good location. Would recommend if you are visiting Chefchaouen.

The stay was great. The rooms were not too small. The climb to the rpoms included a lot of steep steps. Place was clean. The pace is in the upper part of the medina- taxi won't get you exactly right there, you need to do quite a climb through the city. The breakfast was very nice, served on their rooftop with an amazing view - it's also a perfect place to relax after a tiring day of travelling&sightseeing. Overall - good place for the money.

Beautiful place with lots of steps to get ur bags to ur room. Communication sucked beforehand and during our stay. So we had breakfast next door at the Juice Man's place, which was very inexpensive. Great area and we loved our XL room with kitchenette. The air conditioning worked GREAT! Cool shops near and in the square. Go to the tip top of the roof (not the terrasse), for Beautiful sunset pix.

Loved this place! Great service -employee came to meet us at our car and showed us the way to the hotel! Perfect location with a wonderfulview from the patio, was pleasantly surprised to find a sink, kettle and mini fridge. A great find for a low price. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer!

Casa Elias is located exactly in the center of Chefchaouen. Overall the place is nice, there is a nice terrace with a stunning view an good breakfast is served In the morning. The staff is really helpful and kind. They sent us a lot of information about Chefchaouen. However, our room for 4 people was too small. A person 180 cm tall, can't stand without touching the ceiling with the head. In addition, there was no air conditioning, but just a a noisy fan. |The water in the shower was stuck all the time. In the end, good place but lacking in some aspects.

We had a great time at casa Elias. The terrace was beautiful and Elias was a great host. He took the time out for me to arrange a present of cake and flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend as a surprise on her birthday, which I would consider to be going above and beyond for the customer. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, however it was completely dark. The lights didn't work properly and we had to wrap up in 3 blankets to keep ourselves warm. For a self-catered room, there are absolutely no amenities. For example a pot for making tea but no kettle to boil the water ! Overall a good experience but I would think through the amenities a bit more. Jamie

Located perfectly central in beautiful and picturesque Chefchaouen, Casa Elias offers well equipped and clean rooms at a rather cheap prize. Omar, the host, was very friendly and left no need unattended. Breakfast was good (including a coffee/tea flatrate) and several places for dinner are just meters away. All in all a very enjoyable stay. I recommend the "studio" with its very own roof terrace.
