My experience at the hotel has been very positive. I would especially highlight its excellent location and ease of access, which make the stay very comfortable. The facilities are in impeccable condition, with an excellent level of cleanliness in both the rooms and the common areas. I also highly value the quality of the breakfasts, with a varied offer, quality products and attentive service. One of the aspects that I also liked was the parking lot: spacious, comfortable, well-lit and with generous spaces that greatly facilitate maneuvering and parking. It is an important added value for customers who travel by vehicle. Finally, it is worth highlighting the agility and professionalism of the team during the check-in and check-out processes. Everything is managed quickly, efficiently and with friendly treatment, which contributes to a very satisfactory experience. Without a doubt, it is an establishment that I would recommend and where I would stay again with confidence.

This hotel is modern with a nice lobby bar and breakfast room. The rooms all have air conditioning and nice sized bathrooms as well. The location is really excellent: you can walk to Little Venice in 5 minutes and to the train station in 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away that you can use to go back and forth to the train station. The staff is helpful. Would recommend!

Excellent service from even before we arrived providing guidance on parking and also when checking in. The family room was excellent and more than enough room for two adults, two children and our dog. It’s in a quiet area but a five minute walk to Le Petit Venise. New and secure car park also but worth booking in advance.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. I was disappointed that we couldn't use the hotel parking. We had to park in the Saint Josse parking garage. The garage was safe and clean. The distance back to the hotel was doable.

The rooms that are not family style are incredibly small. I have actually stayed all over the world and this is probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. We rented two rooms and both of them smelled so bad we asked to be moved. The decor is extremely cheap looking. The hotel is located on the outside of town. In American standards it would be equivalent to a budget hotel, not a four star. It’s awful. The food is also terrible and nearly inedible. If my tour had not booked I would have left. We stayed at the Maison des Tetes a few days earlier and it was lovely.

The location of this hotel is perfect to walk to “old town” Colmar. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff who is fluent in English when needed. The hotel and our room were very clean. An elevator is available to the rooms and garage. There is an underground garage available upon reservation. We reserved a standard room which was sufficient as we spend very little time in our room; it does not offer a comfortable chair, just a two stools for seating other than the bed. We did not use the restaurant, bar or breakfast services in the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future!

Decent local hotel. Our room worked well for two adults and child - tidy, clean, and had everything we needed. Reception staff were helpful and the secure garage / dedicated bay appreciated as we had a car full of bags that we didn’t want to take into our room (ski gear). Colmar was a good stop on route home.
