We stayed at Cereja for two nights and it’s a nice resort but would need some complement to some of their facilities. Our room were big and nice, we got a room with a beautiful lake view and the bed and pillows were amazing! Unfortunately for the last night we got some guests above us and the sewage system in the bathroom started to smell… We would have liked their lunch and dinner menu to have a wider selection as it is the same menu, sadly not everything on the menu was available to order. I don't know if their gym and spa department are still under construction, regardless, you couldn't take advantage of this which was promised when booking... We were well received by the staff but poorly updated about what was at the resort (the above might have been the reason) And some new construction of houses and resorts in the area. In addition to this, the location with the lake was magical for those who want to take advantage of the nature, peace and quiet just outside Da Lat. With these fixes the resort will definitely be a 5/5

I'm staying at the Romeo & Juliet Amia Villa next door, located in Cereja territory. Every morning, a man comes to my window with a leaf blower and starts blowing away pine needles at 7:20 AM! I've complained many times, and they promised to move the working hours to 10 AM… That went on for a few days, then he woke me up again at 7:20 AM! It's unbearable. I can't take it anymore. The hotel grounds are beautiful, but the staff don't care about other guests from the hotel next door. They don't even listen to their own guests, and I'm not the first person to complain about this! Furthermore, he starts at 7:20 AM and doesn't finish until around 2:30 PM, with breaks. I don't understand why he has to keep doing this, cleaning the grounds until they're spotless. These are terrible rules that neither staff nor guests are happy with (my hotel manager and I spoke to one of the staff, but obviously you have a lot of staff). Should I wake up at 7:20 every day and go complain? This is unbearable

When we arrived the staff couldn’t find my reservation on booking.com even though i had already paid and showed the email they took a 15-20 mins to book us in. The bed was rock solid and we didn’t get a good night sleep. when we complained about the bed they didnt do anything just said okay and nod and didnt send anyone to have a look when they said they would. There’s no air con and the restaurant had only got 3 meal options. Otherwise the breakfast was good plenty of options there.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Cereja Hotel & Resort in Dalat. The hotel had a direct view of the serene Tuyen Lam Lake and the surrounding pine hills. Walking around with the fresh, cool air and the tranquil scenery was the highlight of our mornings. Another highlight was the hospitality we received from the staff at Cereja Resort who truly went above and beyond, especially Kiet (from the restaurant). Kiet was remarkably friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that we were valued even though we were not official hotel guests for that day. We were touched by his act of kindness and respect. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was amazing, with a delicious buffet breakfast and great à la carte options for other meals. Enjoying a freshly made breakfast with views of the lake was a wonderfully relaxing experience. We will definitely consider staying here next time we're visiting Dalat. Thank you Kiet for making our first trip to Dalat memorable.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They helped organize our commute to the city/central market. The overall vibe is very good as well as it makes you get closer to nature. Food is average but can’t complain! Overall enjoyed my stay here.

I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

Everything was okay. I especially liked the staff; they were extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

This resort appear to cater mainly to Korean tour groups – I suspect that over 95% of the guests are from Korea whose presence are felt most evidently during breakfast hours (6.30 to 9.30 am). Among the items offered in the buffet breakfast are Kimchi, Gimbap and other typical Korean dishes (even the food labels include Korean characters/text as well). Regardless, the huge buffet spread is still fairly varied and delicious. The entire resort became deserted by around 9 am when all the holiday groups leave by the coaches and the hotel grounds remain eerily quiet until the groups return at about 5-6 pm and/or when new groups arrive at night. The room is sparsely furnished (only ONE chair in the room and NONE at the balcony - the website photos of balcony chairs/table are misleading - don't be fooled by the "photography props"). What's worse is that the room (in a neglected building at the far end of the resort) that I was given was not well-maintained eg terrible stench from drainage holes in shower-room, molds on walls and unsightly, obvious paint patch ups on walls and mini-bar is not cold at all even when the temperature control is set at the lowest. Communications with the staff is very difficult as English is not well understood by them. In fact, the reception staff gave me wrong information at times due to miscommunication, though they are generally nice and polite to guests. Transport from and to the airport is expensive - 400,000 to 450,000 Dong - whether by advance private car booking or taxi. The hotels' free city shuttle is offered twice a day - shuttle leaves hotel at 8.30 am and 2 pm and leaves the city pickup point (opposite the 3D museum) at 11 am and 4.30 pm for the trip back to hotel. Meal options (lunch/dinner) are very limited in the vicinity of the hotel. There were smoke from nearby forest fires that were blown towards the hotel during some days of my stay so this really marred my experience. Well, enough negatives above to outweigh the hotel's pretty flowers and tranquil pine forests - what a pity.
