The nice room was where the good experience stopped. Every night they were up shouting and stomping until 1am, which echoed up through the staircase and into my room through the vent which was in the corridor. On my last night, after being exhausted and way over stimulated, and trying to sleep for 45 minutes, I went downstairs to ask if the vent could be blocked. The response was "I asked them about the weekend and they were all asleep in an hour" which essentially meant they were going to continue being loud until 1am. Nothing was done about the vent request, just an utter lack of compassion for my exhaustion and patience (which had admittedly ran out by then). Don't stay here if you want to have a halfway decent night's sleep. Also when I arrived they said they didn't have any single rooms available for my first night so I would have to move rooms after the first night- not what you want when you're a Backpacker who wants to have a mini break and settle down and unpack for a few nights

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel manager, Phat, is the nicest person. One evening we were invited to join his party with friends downstairs. We played cards and laughed together. He called us his VIP guests and said he had been waiting on our arrival! Phat went above and beyond to help us find a missing phone + wallet. He contacted places we had been to that day as well as taking us to the police station and calling nearby departments. We really can’t thank him enough for his kindness and hope we can return here one day!

We stayed here for one night and loved our stay. We had a fan in the room which is fine because you don’t need air con as the room is super cool and so is the whole climate in dalat. Shower and bathroom was huge and bed was nice and comfy. The staff were also super friendly. We had no issue at all like some of the other reviews say. Overall happy with our stay!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. You have been warned! Dont be deceived by the pictures online. You will notice that only take pic of certain parts of the room. Dirty toilet and room. The condition is not liveable at all

We came to check in and the room we booked was not what they gave us, we booked double bed and they gave us a horrible room with 2 little beds filled with spider webs and insects They asked us to cancel the room because the one we booked was given to someone else before our check in The people in the hotel dont know English so you cant talk with them and they told us that room is what "foreigners" get Overall i urge you not to come near that "hotel"
