We booked what was supposed to be one of the best rooms at this hotel—a Deluxe Twin Room with a bathroom, balcony, and minibar. We paid 3.7 million VND for it and booked it in advance through the website. When we arrived, nobody mentioned any issues. However, when we entered the room, it was nothing like the one we had booked. It was just a regular small room with no bathtub, a tiny balcony with unfinished wooden planks instead of a proper floor, and not even a refrigerator, let alone a minibar. The room itself was clean, but it was completely different from what was advertised. The woman at the front desk didn’t seem to understand what we were trying to explain and even offered us an even smaller room instead. Eventually, a man at the reception understood the problem, apologized, and told us that this was the only room they had available. I don’t understand why they accepted our reservation in the first place if they couldn’t provide the room we had specifically booked. In the end, we stayed for one night in that room, and they refunded us the remaining money for the rest of our stay. Honestly, I suspect that all of their rooms are like this and that the photos and descriptions on the website are either outdated or were never accurate to begin with. If you’re only looking for a basic, clean room, it might be acceptable. But after paying such a high price and receiving something completely different from what was promised, I can’t recommend this hotel. I’m honestly afraid to imagine what the cheaper rooms look like. The room we booked was advertised as being suitable for a family. Fortunately, there were only two of us. If an actual family had arrived expecting that room, they probably would have had to find another hotel. Now I understand why this hotel has such a low rating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re booking based on the room descriptions and photos on the website.

Avoid at all costs – complete dump, not as advertised|You need to walk 100m through an active building site full of muck to get a Grab cars can't get in there. |This is genuinely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room had no AC, no safe, no fridge – nothing that was listed. The bathroom flooded every time we showered. To get to our room, we had to walk under a leaking pipe. The “rooftop terrace” they advertised is derelict, nothing like the photos. The breakfast buffet was shocking – clearly reused fruit from the previous day, plain white bread with no butter, jam, or toaster, no eggs, no juice. Just a disgusting bowl of gloopy slop and old rice. Even the water sat in the same jug day after day, which I saw as we passed the room on our way out. It was without doubt the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The hotel itself is falling apart and honestly feels like it should be knocked down. Definitely not as advertised. To make things worse, when we tried to cancel one night in line with the cancellation policy, Expedia told us the hotel was non-responsive and wouldn’t approve the refund. The hotel claimed they agreed to refund us and even sent an email, but Expedia confirmed that was not true. Completely dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else – there are plenty of far better options in Da Lat. This place is a scam and a disgrace.

27.06.26 I booked a mountain view room on booking. The receptionist gave me a room which overlooks the roof of neighboring houses. The receptionist insisted I was wrong until I showed them my reservation. Instead of offering me another room she again asserted that the hotel was fully booked and tried to pressure me to accept that room despite of the mistake. The public area is poorly maintained, extremely dirty, particularly the public toilets.

Good spot to rest after traveling. The 24/7 front desk is a huge plus. We arrived on a sleeper bus in the middle of the night and checked in smoothly. Perfect for early or late arrivals!

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff are nice. Overall, the people are pleasant and efficient. The rooms are nice as well. Slept comfortably the whole stay. Stayed for 4 nights here. However, they don’t serve breakfast as of the moment. But the location is near the city center, and the hotel is right beside a small store and a small restaurant.

it was a great experience! the staff is lovely and speaks english. the room was spacious with an amazing view. they also helped decorate the room for my birthday and were in touch with my husband for that❤️ there was no fridge in the room but the staff allowed us to leave our food in the shared fridge at the reception. indeed, the road to the hotel is closed, taxis won't go (only bikes) because there is a construction site there but the guys from the reception went down to the main street on 2 bikes every time and picked us up absolutely free of charge. the breakfast was good and varied, for my child they prepared a separate scrambled egg🥺 we are very happy and recommend the hotel!

Great view, staff and food, but weather and access issues.The reception and restaurant staff were outstanding. They went out of their way to help us, even arranging balloons for our special occasion. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and even soup, which was a nice surprise.The only drawbacks were outside the hotel’s control. It rained most of the time, and roadworks meant taxis couldn’t reach the entrance. Still, the staff handled it well by picking us up with bikes and carrying the luggage within minutes.
