Talstation Täli
Täli Valley Station is where you step onto the chairlift that carries you from the small village of Malbun, at 1,545 metres, up into the high Alpine landscape above. It is the departure point for what many visitors consider the single most rewarding half-hour in Liechtenstein: a short, steep ascent through pine forest and open meadow that deposits you on the mountain ridge around Sareis, at over 2,000 metres, with panoramic views stretching across the Alps. What makes this valley station more than just a ticket gate is what waits at the top. On clear autumn mornings, one reviewer described arriving above a sea of clouds. The Fürstin-Gina-Weg hiking trail begins right at the mountain station and follows a knife-edge ridge past the Pfälzer Hütte with continuous views toward the Schesaplana and the Swiss Alpstein massif. In winter, the same lift feeds directly into Malbun's compact ski area, with blue, red, and a short black run.
