Tuğrul's Garden
Tuğrul's Garden is a small, family-run vineyard retreat on the edge of Cappadocia, sitting among the vines of Nar, a town just outside the provincial capital of Nevşehir. It is the kind of place that rewards a phone call and a sense of curiosity rather than a fixed itinerary: a working bağ evi—a vineyard house—where the appeal lies as much in the homely garden setting as in the table laid out within it. Listed as a vineyard and a neighbourhood agricultural enterprise in Nevşehir Merkez, it belongs to a part of central Cappadocia long given over to grape-growing, where village families keep vineyard houses among their plots and open them, informally, to guests in search of a quieter afternoon away from the cave-hotel buzz of Göreme and Ürgüp.
