Had a wonderful and extremely comfortable stay. The entire staff is very courteous. Special shout out to the kitchen team. Chef Deepak & Cecillah for the amazing breakfast and lunch they specially made for us. Dal chawal hit right home, genuinely served with a lot of love and warmth. Look forward to visiting again

Great stay at DAMAC Maison Cour Jardin. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Rehman for his professionalism, excellent service, and kind behavior. He made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Making a reservation at this hotel has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I checked in on October 3, 2023. After a 15 hour flight, I arrived and there no nobody at the front desk, except a bellboy who told me to sit and sit until the front desk returned. After waiting 25 mins, a gentleman arrived. Once I got to my studio room, it was apparent the quality did not match the photos online. The AC faced directly to the bed and it was filthy full of dust, so when it was on you were freezing, and when it turned off, it was not comfortable and hot. I tried to use the tv and it didn’t work, I callled to get some help but RJ it took about an hour for them to send someone to even help. Didn’t sleep well because of the temperature issues and also the internet was unstable, and fairly slow. I woke up to construction noise first thing in the morning. Not the way you want to wake up but it is what it is. Wanted to go to the gym so I did, but all they had was a very small room with weights and a few cardio machines. Wanted to use the steam room but it was broke. I decided after one evening there, I had enough. Contacted the front desk about my discomfort, I asked to cancel the next two days because I could not stay any longer. Reached out to reservations and spoke to Debbie and she rejected any request for refund. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. The worse experience ever.

Really disappointed. Management poor quality. Gym is set up in a really stupid way and you cant have a proper session. Clearly set up by someone who has never been to a gym before. Sauna doesnt contain a water bucket….. And they are proudly saying “dear valued guest, scan this QR code and submit your feedback!” Only problem is that QR code isnt working……………. Never been more disappointed.

Booked via agoda. Savis realty dealt with us...Had terrible experience. We had booked for our family during eid holidays.. When we reached the room was not cleaned after previous tenants.. We brought it into their notice.. They said they will do the service in 2 hours... Later after we checked on after 2 hours they still hadn't sent anyone to service the room... We lost lot of time... They had a very irresponsible attitude and no value for our time.. We felt disrespected and disappointed.. No compensation was also provided...
