I had an amazing stay at **FIVE Palm Jumeirah** — everything about this hotel is truly awesome! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning views. A special thank you to the reception team who made my experience even better. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout my stay. Their coordination was perfect — check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The level of hospitality and attention to detail really stands out. I felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at FIVE Palm Jumeirah was truly unforgettable. The hotel offers stunning views, luxurious rooms, and an incredible atmosphere that perfectly combines relaxation and entertainment. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, and the facilities are world-class. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The restaurants served excellent food, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend FIVE Palm Jumeirah to anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Dubai. What a fantastic hotel! If you’re looking for somewhere with a fun, lively party vibe, FIVE Palm Jumeirah is definitely the place to go. 🌴🥂🎶 The Sunday Social Pool Party was brilliant, with dancers, singers and a great atmosphere throughout the day. It’s the perfect place to relax by the pool while still enjoying plenty of entertainment. We were pleasantly surprised that the drinks weren’t overly expensive for a Dubai hotel, and the food was fantastic both during the day and in the evening. There are loads of restaurants to choose from, including Chinese, Italian, Lebanese and Japanese, so there’s something for everyone. The rooms are amazing — really spacious, beautifully designed and with incredibly comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, we absolutely loved FIVE Palm Jumeirah. ❤️ It’s a gorgeous hotel with great food, entertainment, music and a fantastic party atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again! 🌴☀️🍾

Dear,Recipient ,I would like to inform you about my recent experience at the hotel.Upon arrival, I had to wait for approximately two hours before being able to access my room, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I found that the overall environment of the hotel was not suitable for families and appeared to cater to an inappropriate clientele.Furthermore, many essential amenities were not available in the room, and the overall quality does not reflect a 5-star standard as advertised.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly.

Had a really nice time at Five Palm. The beach and pool areas are beautiful and well maintained, with great music and a lively crowd. Food quality was solid and presentation was impressive. It’s on the pricier side, but the atmosphere and location make it worthwhile for a special day out.

FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel gets my perfect 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the staff service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and offered stunning views that made even a short stay feel special. When you book and you have extra money to upgrade, try to get the sea view, it’s worth the experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant yet luxurious, and every detail reflects high standards of comfort and style. Even for just one night, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely return for a longer stay. The party happens more likely on weekend in their Bohemian beach club with a great DJ - Friday night & Saturday night otherwise if you want a chill vibes, it will be from Sunday to Thursday. Apart from the beach, you will enjoy their swimming pools, gym, steam bath, restaurants, clubs, bars and lounge. This hotel is highly recommended.
