Dubai’s Best Family-Friendly Luxury Hotel – Outstanding Service & Member Perks! JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is hands-down the best hotel in Dubai for families! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special shoutout to Ms. M from Uganda for her incredible hospitality—her genuine warmth, generosity, and professional service truly made our stay unforgettable. Our room was spotless, the food was delicious (a big hit with the kids!), and the Lounge is quiet and relaxing. Super excited for the upcoming match nights at Bridgewater and the new sushi roll counter coming soon! We will definitely be back.

Spent one night here for my birthday and it was exactly the stay I wanted.|Saray Spa was outstanding. Levi’s treatment was professional, precise, and genuinely restorative — one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The facilities themselves are excellent: calm, well-kept, and easy to settle into.|The Executive Lounge on the 37th floor was another highlight. Dipshika and Anjan were warm, attentive, and made the lounge feel personal rather than just “elite access.” Service, atmosphere, and the overall setup of the lounge were first-class.|The hotel’s facilities as a whole — spa, lounge, scale of the property — live up to the JW name. A short stay, but a memorable one. I’ll be back.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and had a mixed experience. While the hotel met basic expectations, it didn't quite live up to the luxury standards I associate with the JW Marriott brand. The service was average rather than exceptional. On both arrival and departure, no one assisted with collecting or handling our luggage. There was also no introduction or explanation of the room or its facilities during check-in, which made the experience feel less welcoming. The room itself was quite basic, with a pale atmosphere that lacked the fresh, premium feel expected from a five-star hotel. Even the master remote control felt cheap and out of place for a property of this caliber. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly Kitchen6. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes, and the staff were professional, attentive, and very well organized. They truly made our dining experience memorable. Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. While it is a good property, there is significant room for improvement in guest service, room presentation, and attention to detail. Kitchen6 was the standout and deserves special recognition.

From the moment we contacted JW Marriott Marquis Dubai before our trip until the day we checked out, the service was outstanding. We had requested a baby crib in advance, and the team went above and beyond by surprising our daughter with balloons, a personalized coloring book, and adorable camel plush toys. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special.Every evening, we returned to chocolate-covered dates in our room, and the hotel even prepared little surprises for the parents as well. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, plenty of closet space, a comfortable sofa, excellent amenities, and a fantastic view.What impressed us most was the genuine care and attention to detail from the staff. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

We celebrated our wedding here, and the experience was incredible. The team assisted us every step of the way, and they even provided valet parking, which made everything hassle-free. Food tasting was included, and the location is superb. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. After the wedding, they surprised us by beautifully decorating our room with roses and flower petals, giving us a perfect place to relax and unwind. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this venue!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. Views of the city from upper floors are amazing. The buffet has many exceptional offerings to choose from. Not much nearby within walking distance - must take taxi to major activity centers. It’s appears this hotel is more for business than families, though families are certainly welcome.

Thank you very much for such service, ladies at the reception were very thoughtful to prepare a surprise for the bachelorette party we were celebrating. An Unforgettable Stay at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai! We recently stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of world class. Highlights of the Stay: Seamless Check in: The arrival process was fast, smooth, and professional. Rooms & Views: The room was spacious and comfortable. Having both a separate shower and a bathtub was a wonderful touch. To top it off, the window views of the city skyline were breathtaking. Service: What truly sets this property apart is its incredible staff. Every team member went above and beyond with their warmth and attentiveness. A True Test of Exceptional Service What truly cemented our high regard for this hotel happened when we accidentally left a bag in a taxi. Within 15 minutes of notifying the staff, they reviewed the CCTV footage, identified the vehicle, and contacted the taxi company. Thanks to their swift action, we received our bag back in just 30 minutes. The level of dedication and efficiency was truly incredible! Overall Verdict If you are looking for luxury, stunning views, and service that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Marquis!
