We stay for 1 night and everything was amazing, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool service was amazing and beautiful view, the restaurant and we went to the seven sports bar and the team was kind, the housekeeping was very quick for all the requested and the most kind Assistant Manager “Chan”, he gave us the best service. He so kind and he helped us to explain everything.We will definitely back there again.❤️❤️❤️Thankyou so much for you amazing service🥰🥰

Overall, our stay left a very positive impression. The hotel’s location directly on Palm Jumeirah is a major advantage, especially with direct beach access. The surrounding promenade is beautiful and stretches all the way toward the beginning of the Palm, making it ideal for walks. The rooms are nicely designed, cozy, and clearly focused on comfort. Everything was cleaned and tidied daily to a high standard. Guests can also take advantage of the gym and spa facilities, which is definitely a plus. The restaurant area appears somewhat dated, and the outdoor terrace would benefit from renovation. As for the food itself, the quality was very good. However, the restaurant service organization could be improved. The staff responsible for clearing tables seemed either understaffed or insufficiently coordinated, as tables often remained full of dirty dishes for an extended time after guests had finished. There was also some minor disorganization when ordering soft drinks during dinner. Despite these points, it is a solid hotel with good accessibility and an overall very pleasant atmosphere.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel. The food was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. A special thank you to Wina, Allan, Jack, and Neri for their outstanding service. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back. Thank you all for the excellent hospitality!

There were several highlights that we particularly appreciated: • The warm welcome from Stephany and the check out by Mamdouh and the kind upgrade offer were very much appreciated and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. • The welcoming amenities were very creative and thoughtful, and certainly went beyond our expectations. • We really enjoyed the room location. I personally felt that a room on the other side might offer a clearer sea view, but we were still very happy with the location and the overall experience. • The late check-out until 3:00 PM was a wonderful gesture and added great value to our stay. I would also like to share a few points for your consideration, purely as constructive feedback: • Upon arrival, we were initially unsure where to leave the car, as no one came to assist with the valet. I ended up parking temporarily near the entrance and later collected the valet card. Perhaps having someone available to guide guests upon arrival would make the process smoother. • Breakfast was very nice, and we really enjoyed the food. However, the walk to Dukes was a little challenging for my pregnant wife. If a buggy service is available, or could be offered for guests who may need assistance, I believe it would be a great added touch. • The bathtub drainage was slightly blocked and may require some maintenance. We did not report it during our stay as we were only staying for one night, but I wanted to mention it for your consideration.

I really enjoyed my stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the rooftop pool has an incredible view. It’s one of those places where you can just sit back, enjoy the view, and forget about everything for a while. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Genne, Gimhani, and Mona. They were always smiling and made us feel very welcome. Small things like that make a big difference during a stay. Had a great experience overall and would happily stay here again.😊👌

We have been visiting Dubai for 21 yrs, 1st time staying on the palm in a few years, and we loved this hotel 🏨 super friendly staff, a great vibe, amazing sports bar ( we were there whilst the World Cup Was on) lovely cocktails great happy hour and the food was good too , lovely entrance to the hotel , Loved the beach club and using Dukes pool too, all life guards across both pools were amazing ! And west beach the golf carts for travel were ace ! Would have loved a happy hour on the roof top bar though , we went twice for the late night pool party, it was realy good and great photos at night ! Music around both pools were so good! Clean modern rooms and cleaned quickly , and let’s not forget Harry on the front desk , everyone needs a Harry in his life, always a warm polite welcome, and always keen to Know how your day was and what plans you have , loved his smile and his effervescent smile, we never got the chance to say good bye 👋🏻 see you guys soon x Sharon & Paul room 356 from Scotland

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — truly luxury and elegant, yet clean and calm at the same time. The atmosphere was so relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a great variety of food, including plenty of healthy options. The staff were all friendly and very hospitable, but special thanks to Ms. Winalyn. She went above and beyond assisting us, especially with our toddler, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a pleasant time at this hotel! We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made the check-in process smooth and stress-free after a long journey. Throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to both me and my husband. The hospitality we received truly made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. A special thank you to Ali, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care made our experience even more memorable. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
