Google· 3 months agoI celebrated my birthday at Paramount Hotel Midtown, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their hospitality, professionalism, and friendly service added a special touch to my celebration. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful, stylish, and relaxing. The highlight for me was definitely the infinity pool with its breathtaking view of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Swimming while enjoying that stunning skyline made my birthday even more memorable. The overall atmosphere, excellent service, and attentive staff created a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Paramount Midtown for helping make my birthday celebration so enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again.

Google· 3 months ago⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Staycation One of the most disappointing staycations I’ve had in Dubai. The biggest issue was the infinity pool. Children were running throughout the entire pool area, including where guests were drinking alcohol and smoking. Adult and family areas should be properly separated and enforced. Guests who choose an adults’ environment should have that option, and it’s also not appropriate for children to be exposed to cigarette smoke and an area where alcohol is being served. Unfortunately, it seemed that management simply didn’t enforce the designated zones. The room was also disappointing. Guest Casting didn’t work, so we couldn’t connect Netflix, YouTube, or any other streaming service. The staff’s explanation was that there is a “limited number of Guest Casting connections,” which is frustrating when you’re trying to relax in the evening. There were also basic issues with the room. No toothbrush or toothpaste was provided, the bathtub leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, and draining the tub produced a very unpleasant sewage smell that could also be noticed in the corridor. Considering the price, there are many better hotels in Dubai offering a far more enjoyable staycation. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Google· 3 months agoThe staff are very helpful and polite, room service is very good especially Moses. The breakfast varieties are awesome with very fresh and tasty meals and selection of food. The swimming pool is on the 64th floor with excellent views of the sea, Burj khalifa and surrounding area. Car parking is free and the hotel is well located close to Dubai mall and Metro station. Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff and Paramount Hotel.

The 64th Floor Infinity Pool Breathtaking views: The panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the luxury skyline are unmatched. Unbeatable vibe: It is the absolute perfect spot to relax and take in the scale of the city. World-Class Service Impeccable staff: Every team member we encountered was welcoming and highly professional. Special thanks to Hayat: An absolute genius and a phenomenal ambassador for the hotel. Intuitive hospitality: Hayat was incredibly polite and understood exactly what we needed from the moment we met. The customer service was outstanding. Rooms & Dining Amazing room: Beautifully designed space with stunning, breathtaking views right from the private balcony. Exceptional breakfast: The morning spread was delicious, high-quality, and offered a fantastic variety. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!

Google· Edited 2 months agoI initially had a very good experience at this hotel, and everything was going well until a brand-new shirt that we had purchased during our stay disappeared from our room. What made the situation even more suspicious was that the housekeeper who had been cleaning our room every day was suddenly replaced by someone else the day after the shirt went missing. We reported the incident to the hotel several times. The management told us they would investigate and even said they would compensate us for the missing item. They also had CCTV footage confirming that we arrived at the hotel with the shopping bag containing the shirt. Unfortunately, after making these promises, the hotel stopped communicating with us. They repeatedly told us they would send us updates, but they never did. We constantly had to contact them ourselves to ask for information, and eventually they simply ignored our messages altogether. In the end, they provided no compensation and no satisfactory explanation. It is extremely disappointing to have a personal belonging disappear from a hotel room, but what made the experience even worse was the way the situation was handled afterward. A hotel should take reports like this seriously, communicate honestly with its guests, and honor the commitments it makes. Sadly, this experience left us feeling ignored and deeply disappointed.

Google· 2 months agoThis place offers one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa especially when you're in the pool. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. I would like to thank Ms. Rose from the reception for giving us a nice room since we booked our stay in the hotel for my birthday. And they gave me a birthday cake as well 🍰🤩 The hotel is walking distance from the metro. It was an enjoyable experience overall. Will be sure to come back.

Google· 4 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at the Paramount Midtown Hotel last weekend. The place is really cool specially the rooftop pool. I would like to commend Enrick (receptionist) for being so accommodating, patient and very kind to us. He was alone on duty at the reception when I had an issue with my keycard and instead of asking me to wait, he went out of his way to go to my floor and open the door for me. He asked someone to look after the reception instead of waiting for another staff to accommodate my request. I really appreciate his concern and understanding despite his busy schedule and he did that with a smile on his face. Kudos to you and I hope we have more employees like you who make sure that the guests are comfortable and happy in their stay. May you become successful in your chosen path.
