We had an amazing 10-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. From the day we arrived until we checked out, everything was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome. A very special thank you to the wonderful Sri Lankan staff—Vamshi, Sumiddika, and Saraswathi. Your warm smiles, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. You always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and we are truly grateful. We would also like to thank the General Manager and the entire team for their excellent hospitality and dedication. Your commitment to providing exceptional service is truly appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would especially like to appreciate the hotel staff specially Ms. Therese, Ms. Joana and Mr. Derik for their exceptional service. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed here for a month and a half and i had the opportunity to leave to another hotel but didn't. The service is great and the location is right by the metro and connected directly to IBN Batuta mall so i could easily go to the market and walk around there. The reception, specifically Gracie, was wonderful and was happy every time I interacted with her. Room service is also very thorough. The only complaints were the room was outlooking the other building so not much of a view. Also sometimes the elevator will take a while but neither of those things are within their control. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

Really enjoyed my stay here—it just felt right from the moment I checked in. The place is clean, comfortable, and well run, but what stood out for me was the people. Joana and Grace at reception were amazing—always welcoming, helpful, and just easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel more personal. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

During my personal & official visits, premier in is my prefered choice to stay. The food court is the best part of it. The food quality, diversity & presentation all are 5 star in my opinion. The staff is kind & smiling. I would like to specially mention Smadikka who is always around, offering assistance in her typical smiling tone. Thank you Smadikka & team for making our stay amazing always. Keep it up team Premier in.

I had a very pleasant stay at Primer Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to appreciate Yamuna from housekeeping for her excellent service. She was kind, attentive, and ensured everything was neat and organized during my stay. Her hard work and dedication made my experience even better. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Due to the current global situation, I was unfortunately unable to travel to Dubai. Despite these challenging times, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and kindly accepted my refund request. I am truly grateful for their professional and compassionate support. Once things settle down and I can finally visit Dubai, I will definitely make it a point to stay at this hotel.
