I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The place is not terrible, but my experience was disappointing. I had to change my first room because I found insects and cockroaches. Unfortunately, the second room also had some, although there were fewer. I have videos showing the insects and cockroaches as evidence. I honestly did not intend to mention the insects or cockroaches in my review. However, my experience at checkout changed my mind. I was charged for snacks (nuts) that I never ate or used. My wife and I don’t eat nuts at all, but I still had to pay for them. I believe the container was opened after I checked out, and I was wrongly accused of consuming it. The staff told me I could take the nuts with me since I had already paid for them, but I refused because I don’t eat nuts. I left them at the reception. I wish I had taken photos of all the drinks and snacks before checking out as proof. My advice to anyone staying here is to take pictures of the minibar, drinks, and snacks as soon as you enter the room and again before you check out. Otherwise, you may end up paying for items you never used. Despite these issues, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ameer, the Deputy Manager, and Mr. Hussein for their excellent service, professionalism, and respectful attitude. A special thanks to both of them for the way they treated us throughout our stay. Because I was charged for something I did not use, I will be contacting the tourism authorities to file a formal complaint and will provide the videos I recorded as evidence.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing.Everything was well organized and made the stay very pleasant. I would like to thank all the staff, special mention for Mr.Faheem and Atif Front office for their excellent service during our stay. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. They always greeted guests with a smile. Their hospitality made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is good, but unfortunately the service did not meet expectations. The room cleanliness and maintenance were below standard, and it took a long time to get assistance from staff. With some improvements, this place could be better.” This was one of the worst club name (Chaska Night club)experiences I’ve had. The music was too loud and low quality, the manager were rude but the waiter were friendly , and the place was overcrowded. Drinks were overpriced and the environment did not feel safe. Definitely not coming back.”

One of the worst experiences in Dubai hotels, very small and unclean rooms, the TV doesn't work, and the bathroom in the room is very dirty. There isn't even a kettle to heat water, in addition to the fact that the room window doesn't close properly and street noise is clearly audible. When we ask reception to fix anything, they speak to us rudely and loudly and with complete disrespect... If you want to insult yourself, come to this place called a hotel

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay. At around 10:30 AM, I received a call from the reception asking me to check out at 12:00 PM. However, I had already confirmed with the night shift team that my check-out time was extended to 1:00 PM. When I tried to explain this to the staff member on the phone, I was not given the opportunity to speak. The call was abruptly ended while I was still talking, which I found both unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience was quite disappointing, as the communication was rude and poorly handled.

I had the worst experience ever They made me pay for a drink I never consumed. They opened a drink and kept it in the mini bar. At the of checkout, they accused us of doing that. Like who opens a drink and not drink it? Can a guess really do that? They scammed our money

Very clean hotel, big room for one person many mosque around and many many shop, supermarket around. Very easy to go Sharjah or Burdunai, Marina etc… with infinity bridge. Thank you

The worst hotel experience of my life! This place is a complete disaster and should be avoided at all costs. The unbearable noise from the nightclub blasts until 4:00 AM every single night — it’s like trying to sleep inside a speaker! I complained to the front desk multiple times, but the useless staff did absolutely nothing. They clearly don’t care about guests, only about their nightclub money. This is not a hotel — it’s a sleepless nightmare. Disgraceful management, terrible service, zero respect for guests. If you value your sanity, never stay here. They should be ashamed to even call this place a hotel. I would give it zero stars if I could.
