⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Sheraton was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more memorable. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and the team surprised us with beautiful balloons and a delicious birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her day extra special and created memories our family will always cherish. The hotel itself is luxurious, with excellent amenities and everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress-free stay. Every detail was well taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy our vacation. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Shafana for making everything run so smoothly. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference in our experience, and we truly appreciate all your efforts. You will not be disappointed staying in the Sheraton Grand. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I arrived to my departure. The hotel is conveniently located a 15 minutes drive from the airport, and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which is linked to downtown Dubai, approximately taking 20-30 minutes in total to reach the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was exceptional, with a very extensive selection, and excellent customer service throughout. All the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful rooftop pool and great gym. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had an excellent F&B experience at Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. A special thanks to Honey, the F&B Manager, for the warm hospitality and smooth coordination, and to Junaid from the Sales team for the continuous support and helpful approach throughout. Their teamwork truly made a difference and ensured the event went perfectly. The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The setup was elegant and well-organized, creating a welcoming and premium atmosphere for the guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the entire team deserves appreciation for delivering such great service. I would highly recommend their F&B services for any gathering or event.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere around the world, only and only because of the true hospitality shown by the employees. From the Check in at the Front desk , Ms Karthika was truly warm and nice. They very well assisted me with my preferences and got me a beautiful room as I was just there to relax and for a quick getaway. The team went above a beyond as they saw my note on reservation that I’m there to get a relaxing time, they pampered me with a spa coupon, complimentary drink card and baked a special request cake for my stay. It’s these small things and details which truly makes an impression and honestly coming from the same industry I know what it takes to make a mark on people. I would like to give a special mention to their party chef Lasitha for that delicious cake he baked for my stay which was beyond words. And last but not the least, as I understood the mastermind behind making my stay the most memorable I want to thank Ms Shafana from the Club lounge for orchestrating all these and raising the bar for hospitality standards in my experience. I assure you this experience is going to be in my briefings to my teams across the GCC for a very long time. Thank you each and everyone at the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure was excellent, and the overall room amenities made the stay extremely enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully maintained, and the bed decoration upon arrival was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The floor was quiet, which added to the comfort and privacy of the stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the cocktails were expertly prepared and truly outstanding. The entertainment facilities and overall services were impressive, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for either business or leisure.

As a long term Marriott customer. The service I received over the last two days at the Sheraton has been the best. Spent a lot of time in the Ckub Sheraton lounge and the team could not do enough for me. Food, beverage and facilities are very very high quality. Highly recommended.

Staying here for a long term, from the first day i arrived here everyone was so kind and very welcoming specially their beautiful smile. Hemz and Rahul are so sweet and the best staff.
