The location is quite decent. The ambiance is just perfect with a cool atmosphere and the hospitality is quite acceptable. However the twin beds that are fixed together was a really unappealing experience. The weird way the beds separate in the mid of the night is a total turn off. Regardless the George Hotel is a good hotel

Very bad hotel bad service and bad hospitality. I couldn’t find the parking and they let me pay 50 dirham for a parking instead of letting me know before booking the hotel also I asked them for an iron because it’s not available in the room. They brought it to me and said you only have 30 minutes. I said okay and I tried to use it and I use it on my cloth it’s ruined because the iron has no coating. It will stick directly, when I contacted them about the problem. They said we will bring you a new one. What about my clothes that you ruined? Also, the hot water in the shower will finish after 10 minutes of showering. I really don’t suggest this hotel even if you saw a good review.

They offer better rooms for cash paying customers. But not to online booking. Hot water stopped in morning,inspite of several reminders nothing happened upto 15:30 when I asked them to change room.very lousy response. Receptionist was unprofessional. Though my booking was through Agoda.com booked room measurements showing 40 square meter. I was allocated room less than 20 square meter. Room no. 802.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, especially since I booked it through MakeMyTrip expecting a comfortable stay. Firstly, the room did not match what was promised. I had booked a king-size bed, but the bed provided was very small. The room and the bed was also extremely noisy, poorly lit, and did not offer the “great view” that was assured at the time of booking. Basic amenities were completely missing. There were no toiletries, no toothbrush, no slippers, no tissues, and not even a floor mat—making it very inconvenient after using the washroom as the floor would get completely wet. The bathtub was also unusable as it didn’t have a knob to hold water. What made the experience worse was the staff behavior. The managers were rude and not helpful at all. During checkout, we were made to wait for 10 minutes while they inspected the room and questioned us about a broken glass we had not used. Although they eventually let us go, the entire situation was unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very poor experience with zero attention to customer comfort or service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hey Frenz , I recently stayed at Saffron Hotel, Dubai Creek, for two days. The rooms are quite spacious, as you can see, with a comfortable bed, seating area, and a calm, quiet atmosphere that made the stay relaxing. The interiors are simple but pleasant, and the overall room size is definitely a plus. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance, which added to a good customer experience. However, I faced an issue with the toilet flush. It was not working consistently, and I had to call the technician multiple times. Although they came quickly and fixed it each time, the problem kept recurring after a few uses, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent place with good space and service. With better maintenance, especially fixing recurring issues, it could be a much better experience. That said, I understand why it has positive reviews on Google.

I stayed here almost 15 days. There normal staff's behaviour is good and helpful but the reception staff's aren't well they have very behaviour issue. Also room ac and minor technical problems has . Hotel authority should be more careful about their receptionists behaviour.

The hotel is in a very good location, with easy walking access to the Gold Souq, Spice soaq and boats, which is very convenient for tourists. The reception initially gave us a room with a nice view, which we appreciated. However, although the hotel is old and that is understandable, there were several issues that affected our stay. As a guest, we were required to pay 105 AED for parking, plus an additional 20 AED tourist fee, even though we had already settled our accommodation payment online. Cleanliness was a major concern. The beddings and pillowcases appeared to have been used by previous guests, the coffee cups were not washed and still had coffee stains, and the room had a strong cigarette odor, suggesting poor ventilation. There was no hair blower, clothes iron, slippers, or toothbrush provided initially. toothbrush were only given after we complained and requested that the beddings be replaced and the carpet cleaned. The towels in the bathroom also looked worn and not properly white anymore, which raised concerns about cleanliness, although they were replaced upon request. Lastly, the reception staff were not very friendly, and despite paying for parking, when we returned, we were told that there was no parking space available. Overall, the location is the strongest point of this hotel, but cleanliness, amenities, and customer service need significant improvement. I hope this review reaches the management and encourages improvements in service quality, especially in housekeeping standards and overall guest handling.

Best location but the reason for 1 star is the staff and service provided we stayed at this hotel and while checking out they told us to wait for 5 min and guess what they told us we have eaten cashews which were kept in the snacks box in room whereas we dint even open the box and they charged us 20dhs for it without even eating it. They played a well planned game never going back here ..... BIG SUGGESTION TO ALL GUESTS make sure to shoot a video of all the snacks and beverages kept in the room.
