Trip.com· 5 months agoEverything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard.While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.

Google· 2 months agoAmazing spot to stay in. I kept extending my stay and changing rooms to enjoy both views of the sea and view of the city. The staff was excellent , Preeti from the reception was extremely helpful, very professional and polite. A pleasure to deal with 👍🏻 And I also would like to Commend Belal from the cleaning team, always diligent and helpful with guests. Very good communicator and attentive to details . Also restaurant staff was a always uplifting and friendly. And the buffet food was delicious and varied. Really a great experience in this hotel 👍🏻✨

Google· 3 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at The Tower Plaza Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making our visit so memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Olaitan for ensuring we had an exceptional dining experience, Great Breakfast selection. Kudos as well to Jagdish for always making sure our room needs were met promptly and with a smile. I also want to thank Angela for the thoughtful fruit platter. Unfortunately, I had planned to celebrate my birthday at the hotel and had brought my own cake, but it was damaged during the check in time, the bellboy unfortunately handled it sideways. When we raised the concern, the hotel team went above by surprising me with a small cake of their own. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated everyone's efforts to make my birthday special. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, elegant, and truly high-class. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool. It closes promptly at 6:00 PM, which felt quite early, and overall it didn't have the "wow" factor I was expecting. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you once again to everyone at Towers Plaza Hotel. 🙏

Tripadvisor· a month agoI had a pleasant stay at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. One of the highlights was the spectacular city view from the higher floors, especially around the 50th–60th floors. The views of Dubai are truly impressive, particularly in the evening. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, and the swimming pool was also a great place to relax. The front desk, bell, and other hotel staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its location and the amazing views from the higher floors. That said, the room amenities and furnishings are starting to look a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. I also noticed that the corridors could be cleaned and maintained better. This is an area where management could focus on improving the overall guest experience. Overall, a good hotel with excellent views, good service, and great value for money. I would be happy to stay again.

She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. She assisted us throughout our stay and kindly arranged an excellent room for us. Preeti’s elegant appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is outstanding, just a few steps away from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore Dubai. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ahmed at the reception, who was professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Housekeeping was also excellent. Whenever I requested anything, it was delivered within just a few minutes. The swimming pool and gym are both well-equipped and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options suitable for all tastes and ages. The hotel also offers valet parking, which is very convenient if you have a car or if someone is visiting you. Everything exceeded my expectations. Considering its excellent location on Sheikh Zayed Road, overlooking the Museum of the Future, the price offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Google· 5 months agoMy stay at The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai was honestly such a beautiful experience. From the moment I entered, everything felt classy, comfortable, and relaxing. The room was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect place to relax after a long day in Dubai. The bed was so cozy that I didn’t even feel like leaving the room 😄 The food was also amazing. Breakfast had many options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Every meal felt satisfying and full of flavor. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the stay even better. But the best part was definitely the view from the 61th floor. Wow… waking up and seeing the Dubai skyline from the window felt magical, especially at night when all the city lights were shining. The view gave such luxury vibes and made the whole experience feel special and romantic. This hotel gave me comfort, peace, luxury, and beautiful memories all together. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a perfect stay in Dubai ❤️
